On Sunday, @wanderer15 and I were married! We had a wonderful time with family (including @BennettBookworm ) and friends. There were many bookish elements, mainly the wedding favors. Each guest got to pick a book from our wedding library and a homemade book sleeve. It was fun talking with everyone about what they had chosen!

Anybody else have to put on fancy duds to go to a wedding tonight? Anyone?

Didn‘t think so. I‘d rather be reading in front of the fire with the cat and the wife but...

Sorry I've been MIA for the last couple days. My best friend just got married this Saturday and I was her Maid of Honor. So I've been super busy. But it was so much fun. The ceremony was so lovely and I even got to tie the handfasting cord for them!!! The party after was amazing. My friend looked the most beautiful as I've ever seen her. Everything was great!

My best friends wedding was on Saturday, and that leaves me with only 3 weeks until my big day now. It‘s save to say the only reading I‘ll be doing is audiobooking while I‘m crafting my little heart out.

Hi Littens, @MrBook and I are back from his little brother‘s wedding! Ever been to a country bumpkin wedding? This was only my second. Complete with camo, pickup trucks, hay bales, and a pig roast!

Didn‘t get as much reading done during the trip as I‘d hoped (the family wouldn‘t have approved, they don‘t see us much)...but I‘m making up for it now!

@BookBabe & I will be MIA this weekend. My little brother is getting married tomorrow 😁👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻!!! The first of my siblings to get hitched. (God forbid I'm caught reading at any point during the festivities 😂👏🏻🙌🏻.) I remember holding him when he was 1 day old. Damn, I feel old! 😎🙈 To be 23 again.

Day 28: #Weddings

My husband has 5 brothers, only two are married. BUT, that‘s about to change this Spring when Jay‘s second-youngest brother, PJ, and @Chelsealpatt get married! Jay and I are both in the wedding and these are the tuxes! (The blue isn‘t the one they‘re using, this was a display model...)

I didn't get to read much this weekend because we were busy celebrating our friends wedding day. Look at this gorgeous reception. 💜

You guys- this happened today! Totally low-key, just the moms and his sister there to witness. I think they're rather happy- you could feel them glowing!

This dark, intense, book is about a woman named Laurie who is dealing with heartbreak on multiple levels. She is a wedding photographer (cause thats the best job to have amidst heartbreak) who starts a side project that she thinks will help get her to the other side. One of the many great scenes in this book is when she says #hello to her ex-husband. One of my favorites I read last year.

My #litsypartyofone ended briefly in celebration of a beautiful couple's nuptials. Everything was breathtaking and the bride stunning.

DO NOT be fooled by this book cover!!!!!! This book is a dark journey of a woman dealing with heartbreak and the questions of what happens after the marriage, after people say "I do," all the while being a wedding photographer. And just when you think maybe this is not the book you should be reading during the holidays, you arrive on the other side......... happy and grateful you read this book.

In the pictures I take the couples will always be married. In real life the future‘s not so clear.
