I finished this one yesterday. I really enjoyed it. The writing, the characters and the contrast between the lives of the two sisters. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Organized some of my shelves today. Need to get another couple shelves though. I'm all out of space.
Loving revisiting this world.
I finished this whole series in 2 weeks. I loved it!
Half way through! I should be able to finish this series tonight! Loving it
Exams are done! I can finally relax and ignore the world for a little bit.
Borrowed this from the Library since my Goldsboro edition still hasn't shipped and I'm dieing to read this one. Jemisin is seriously underrated. Her books are incredible.
Started this one yesterday and holy crap is it ever hilarious. I was not expecting it to be so funny. Loving it so far.
Starting this while I wait for my hold to come in on the second red rising book. I'm going to hopefully get through both series this month.
Highly relatable! Ahaha
Next up! Finally getting to this series, although I only own the first two books.
Came across this today, is anyone participating? Quaran-tbr Bingo by epic reads.

Started this today (and loving it!).
Despite everything being closed, I still haven't found time to post recently, between exams (almost done!) and still working (lucky me for being essential)
Now that I've finished Chain of Gold, it's back to studying for me. I have a test in this class on Tuesday morning and am just a couple chapters behind on my readings. #classicistsoflitsy #ancientcities
I am apparently exactly half way through Chain of Gold. Absolutely fantastic so far. Definitely going to have it finished either tonight or tomorrow morning.
I enjoyed this but I didn't think that it was as entertaining as Caraval. ⭐⭐⭐
My hold came in on this like 3 hours before I spotted Chain of Gold in the newly added Audiobook section. Got to get this one finished now so I can move onto Chain of Gold.
Loving this series so much! Kind of sad my library doesn't have the next two books on audio though.
It's absolutely beautiful out today! If only it was just a few degrees warmer I'd be sitting outside reading.
Just finished my last midterm but I'm honestly ready for finals and summer break.
Can't wait to get home from work and curl up with a book. Pretend it's not disgusting outside.
My first DNF of 2020. I don't think it was a bad book or even that it was poorly written. But I just didn't care about the story. Amanda writes about travelling to all these countries all over the world but doesn't really describe what any of those countries are like at all. It just kind of fell flat which I think is pretty disappointing for a biography/memoir. I stopped just after she left Afganistan and travelled back to India.
I got this Audiobook from Audible for free in November and just started it yesterday afternoon. I didn't really expect much from it but it's suprisingly pretty funny and I've really been enjoying it. Plus Our Lady Peace has long been one of my favourite bands.
Just a little bit of reading for my mythology test next week #classicistsoflitsy
Potato bacon leek soup and soda bread farls with cheddar cheese and rosemary that I made today for dinner. Trying to finish this Audiobook and get the laundry folded.
Started this the other day on Audiobook. Really loving it. Loving the narration just wish I had more time this weekend to listen to it more
Ahh that's an annoying mistake missed by the editor of my biology textbook. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
Started this this morning. Loving it so far.
This was fantastic! I honestly didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did but I loved it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This tiny library popped up over the holidays just down the street from my daughters school. We found it this morning. It's really cute and sure is tiny
I really enjoyed this whole series. I'm glad I waited until the third book was out before reading any of them because I just devoured them all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Not too bad this year. My goal was 155 and I wasn't sure if I was going to make that because I started University full time this year but I managed to exceed my goal by over 100 books. That would be thanks to audiobooks (which I haven't used since Robert Munsch books when I was a kid) and the 80ish graphic novels/comic issues I read this year.
Audio colouring with my daughter. I think 4 holds came through from my library yesterday lol so I need to finish this one and Queen of air and Darkness so I can get through all of my loans beforeninhave to go back to work/school
You guys! This book! Omg I loved it so much. Is she even capable of writing a bad book? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Started and finished this today while I did some baking. Made 2 batches of nanaimo bars, pecan caramel logs, pretzel toffee bark and some potato bacon soup for dinner.
Really loved this story though based on actual events mixed with fairy tale.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
At what point do you just give up and admit you collect more books to read than you have time to read? My shelves always hover around 40% read despite reading over 200 books a year lol
Had to take a break from reading Starless Sea so I can finish up my paper on Spartan religious practices which is due thursday. Hot chocolate to help motivate me because I am not in the mood for writing 😣 #classicistsoflitsy #almostwinterbreak #iwillsurvive
