Yay I‘ve actually passed my reading goal for this year. Not sure if I can squeeze in one more but we do have 2 days left 😄
Just made a GoodReads account for the groups so I can see what books I am reading and such. Feel free to add me!

According to Goodreads, I'm currently reading -1 book. 😂🤣 Not sure what's happening there.
Anyone else doing the dewey‘s 24 hours readathon on saturday? I just returned from my bookstore haul and am now a librarytrip away from being prepared. Want to be friends on goodreads for the occassion? Or either way really. Link to yours and I‘ll add you.
Anyone else randomly open goodreads just for the quotes when it loads? Plus I adore Carlos Ruiz Zafron 🥰🥰#goodreadsquotes
I‘m extremely belated with this post. Honestly, I try not to overwhelm my subscribers and I read a LOT of books in January. So, now that I‘m juggling some new books, here is my post of 2019 favorites. (And several runners up!)

Met my goal last year of 200 books! Plan to make it to at least 220 this year! #readinggoals #amreading #bookblogger #goodreads #books #bloggerbabes
Anyone else getting this when trying to login into Goodreads?
My goal was 90! I set 2020 to 90 as well, I‘m usually right around there. I‘ve only gone over 100 books twice before—at least as an adult, I probably did in elementary school lol.
New year, new Goodreads challenge! Onward!
What‘s your goal?
2019 totals. I actually read one more, so I don't know why it doesn't show 131 instead of 130. I beat my old record by 53 books
I surpassed my goal of 70 books for 2019! 😁
So for 2020 I'm gonna shoot for 95 books.
2019 was another great reading year! 📚❤️
(I don‘t log picture books because I read a countless number at work and I have a beginning reader at home!)
2019 was my biggest reading year since I began tracking my reading through Goodreads in 2014. I am challenging myself to break 100 in 2020!
All 90 of my 2019 reads! Some stats listed below:
18 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
29 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
24 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
8 ⭐️⭐️
12 unrated (mostly comics)
61 fiction
11 nonfiction
30 Fantasy/Sci-Fi
10 YA
10 Rereads
6 Romance
17 comics
Top reads published in 2019: Recursion, Daisy Jones, The Flatshare, Once Upon a River, The Testaments, Talking to Strangers, The Unhoneymooners, The Huntress

My 2019 in review from Goodreads! I read more than I ever have this year. Audiobooks and comics helped me out a lot to reach that number. I read some real chunksters this year and reread favorite series (HP and HG). I discovered a new favorite author (Blake Crouch) and an incredible series I‘d never even heard about before (The Passage). I read some fantastic 5 star reads, but also some real duds (thus 3.7 avg rating).
More reflections to come!
My goal this year is gonna stay the same with 20 i cant wait for what i read. Im looking into some reading challenges to do this year
Keeping it low this year......I doubt I‘ll have as much time for reading this year, as I‘m due to have my second little boy in April!
I have a mini goal of reading at least 6 non-fiction books too as I‘m a bit rubbish at reading NF. Other than that, no challenges, no checklists, I‘m going to read what I want! 📚👶🏻
Not my best, I didn‘t reach my goal of 100 books. I had a lot of changes this year. I think I‘m going to set my goal to 75 this year. If I read over that, awesome! But I know it‘s attainable. #Goodreads2019
My most and least popular books of 2019. The least popular book is a new translation of a European sword treatise, so I can get why that's not exactly popular.
2019 was a wonderful reading year. My goal in 2020 is significantly less, though 😁. I am looking forward to reading many books that are publishing this year that I have been waiting for!!
One last end-of-year post: I love that Goodreads allows you to look back at your reading challenges. I get such satisfaction from seeing my reading improvement! I was a voracious reader as a kid/teenager, then fell off through college & early adulthood when my children were small & needed much more care. Now that they are teenagers, I'm slowly getting back to where I used to be, & it's glorious. ♥
I don't set goals for the number of books I read in a year because I don't necessarily want to incentivize reading shorter and easier books. That said, in 2019 I read a lot of novellas and more romance than usual, and I blew past the usual number of books I read in a year. I normally read around 50 books, and this year I got to 75, and I'm happy with that.
I'll put together more statistics later.
The yearly wrap up!! 😎😁🎵 My goal was 50 books. This was my first GR challenge so I was just curious how I would do lol 🤣
My resolution for 2020 is to read more books that I own and to not be afraid to read huge books (cause I freaking loved reading Priory of the Orange Tree)
A good year even though I didn‘t quite hit my goal of 200! Happy New Year, Littens!
Like many of you, I love the year in review from GR! My page count always differs slightly (my stats to come), but I surpassed my goal of 70 books & raised my 2020 goal count to 75. Bring on 2020! 🥂
I do love the year in review on Goodreads, but I‘m looking forward to reviewing my final stats from my super-duper reading spreadsheet when I get home today. 🤓
Link to all of my year in review... please feel to add me on GR if you would like!

I wanted to read 100 books this year, but with the combination of moving suddenly without prior warning and 3 months of pneumonia, I only read 67.
Not too shabby considering that I hardly read at all over the last two months (current cruise excluded) because life kinda kicked my ass. Here's to many amazing books in 2020! 🥂
I didn‘t make my goal this year but I‘m not even upset about it. A lot of good things prevented me from reading the last couple of months.
#happynewyear #goodreadschallenge
& that's a wrap! I completed my challenge (60 books), and even surpassed it by 17 books. I learned how to read audiobooks. I learned how to challenge myself and read even when I am struggling with my mental health. I learned how to have patience enough to read longer than 20 minutes without looking at my phone. I learned to love reading again. I am so grateful to have the ability and accessibility to books...I can't wait for this new year! 🍹
Guys, I did it! And I've caught up on posting reviews for the year! With that, may you all have a lovely (and literary) New Year! Thank you for being an incredible community for yet another revolution around the sun. 💜📚
Surpassed my Goodreads goal for 2019!! I'm not sure I'll read this many books in 2020, but I'm quite pleased that I did it this year! #readingchallenge
I reached my Goodreads reading goal last night! 😆🎉🥳 60 books for 2019!!! My top 5 favorite books of the year are (in no particular order) Every Heart a Doorway by Seanan McGuire, Giant Days #1 by John Allison, My Sister the Serial Killer by Oyinkan Braithwaite, Laura Dean Keeps Breaking Up With Me by Mariko Tamaki, and The Way of the House Husband #1 by Kousuke Oono! Next year I'd like to read more nonfiction, horror, and poetry! #2020bookgoals
