pickAn excellent installment in the Dresden File series, superbly narrated by James Marsters. This one has Harry investigating serial killings, while trying to figure out what his vampire brother has been doing in secret.

More magic & less detecting this time but the never never is always fascinating!

I finally thought about looking for Harry Dresden audiobooks on Hoopla and my library has them! This is the 9th book in the Harry Dresden files. I feel like I‘ve been reading this series forever and not getting any farther into it! I really need to buckle down and read more of it! I love this series!

pickJim Butcher‘s Dresden Files never disappoints me. This book reads like a mystery with magical elements mixed in. More so than some of the other books in the series. It did move the overall journey forward but not as much as others in the series. Still a really entertaining read with lots of action and movement. Never a dull moment with Harry Dresden. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

pickCan't say enough good of this series. This story continues to develop plot elements introduced in previous stories. Again, Butcher ends the adventure in a suitably dramatic way!
pickThis is a reread because my husband wanted to listen to the series; he‘s not read them but he liked the show. We‘ve been listening to them on our road trips. I still like them, but Harry‘s sexism under the guise of chivalry grates a little more. We made another Mississippi coast trip today. #audiowalk = 3.10 miles

pickThis is probably the longest series I've read, and Jim Butcher still keeps dishing them out (#15 now?). This is book #9 and wow, the action towards the end was intense! I loved seeing Harry's old friends and new friends come together. It's not easy to sustain a series this long, but so far, every installment has been better than the last. 👌🏼

The first few months of this year were so choke-full of work that I opted for a re-read of the Dresden Files.
Today I finally handed in a huge translation project and can finally relax a bit 😌
pickBook #9 in the series. I admit I haven‘t been overly enamored with Dresden this whole time but I think this is my favorite book of the series so far. All of the secondary characters are really growing on me. 4/5 stars.

pickThis is the 9th book in The Dresden Files. I have been eating these books up on audio. This is a fun urban fantasy series and it has awesome characters. This one focuses a lot on the White Court of Vampires. I love the characters so much. I cannot get enough of this series!
