Glad I stuck with this book. Ended up being a really good thriller.

This was good but I loved My Lovely Wife more. Still kept me guessing though.

I know you're not supposed to judge a book by its cover but I did with this one. The dog on the cover is what caught my eye. When I realized it was a mystery with dogs in it, I was even more excited. I love books with service dogs (police, search and rescue, etc.)

I've had books 1 and 2 in my tbr pile since I found them at a library book sale last year. Discovered this morning that there's a short story that takes place before book 1. Thankfully, Kindle Unlimited had it so I started it. About 60% done and liking the story so far.

I hope there's more books coming for this series. One of my favorites.
