Just back from taking my daughters girlfriend to union station in DC. I have my daughter all to myself- she started the Iron Flame audio book- and i will probably join her in listening tonight.

One last quiet hour in my kitchen before guests arrive for two weeks. This might be as close as I can get to #hyggehour

Happy #hyggehourreadathon day! My day will be spent cleaning and trying to prepare for Yule next Saturday. I am spending as much time as i can focus listening to audiobooks until tonight when i will curl up in my chair with my physical books. Can‘t wait to see everyone‘s posts ❄️🩵❄️

I love our communal #hyggehour but i‘m often in bed and reading on my phone- but today i decided to have an earlier hour before i pick elderberries (first time- fingers crossed) and set up my cozy space that i should use much more often! #hyggehourreadathon

Thanks to the hubby, my cozy reading room is perfect! The filing cabinet is in place, the floating bookshelf is up, and the new fun home decor from my bridal shower has me feeling all sorts of warm and cozy when I go in there.
