My daughter shouted ‘look who‘s here‘ and she ran in and did a big cartoon style stop in amazement and then jumped on me. I burst into tears and she was whining and licking them all away. dariazeoli For those who are using their kindle.com addresses, please verify if/when a gift book comes through! Everything I‘m reading about it suggests you need to authorize senders and gift emails won‘t go to that email 😬 7y

dariazeoli @JoeStalksBeck Confirmed That Kindle.com email addresses don‘t receive gift emails from Amazon. I just had Customer Service switch a gift to a Gmail address for me 7y

dariazeoli Your kindle.com address is just the address to your device that you can use to email files directly or give to Overdrive when you check out Library ebooks or whatnot. In order to receive gifted books, you just use your regular email that you signed up to Amazon with. So, for instance, @sprainedbrain gifted me a book using my gmail address and I got an email from Amazon telling me so. The next time I sync my Kindle, the book should be there. 7y
