This is one of the better cozy mysteries I've read, not too corny and cheesy. Riches to rags, Mae arrives at her only asset left, a run down RV park that she's determined to fix up and sell. She befriends a small town group of quirky characters and a small hint of a romance. Definitely will read book #2

This was scary...until it wasn't! Still a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for making me keep the lights on at least through the majority of the book 😂 this would've been an easy 5 star had it not been for the lackluster ending

True case of an island off of Thailand, nicknamed "death island" due to so many unsolved murders of tourists. A British journalist puts herself in danger by exposing the police and court system corruption and what she believes is the wrongful conviction of 2 men accused of 2 of the deaths.
I feel she became obsessed with these 2 men but I also believe something strange is happening on this island and the police reports doesn't make sense ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm probably the only person that hasn't read this or watched the movie so my sister made me watch this past weekend. It was THE best love story but it wrecked me 😭

I was disappointed with this one since I had read so many good reviews. I found it boring, predictable and I figured out the mystery early on. Even the fall setting fell flat BUT there were plenty of fall baking which gave me the munchies lol

I'm usually a Teetotaler when I read but I feel like a glass of wine tonight while reading "Lies". It's a mashup of True Lies/Mr. and Mrs. Smith, although not a Blockbuster it's still a cute little read.
