I plan to take it easy this weekend. I have been experiencing sciatica pain and it has put a cramp in my style. I have a follow up doctor's appt. on Monday. Medication only helped a little. I think they will send me for an MRI. I just want to find out what is causing it so I can get a treatment plan to feel better.

I finished this short story from the Shady Hollow series as part of my #ThematicCozies for January #Animal It‘s a bit out of season with it‘s October/Halloween setting but I missed it in October & wanted to check it off to be completely caught up with this series. A quick read with Vera & the down looking for a young squirrel possibly ⬇️

The usual Saturday running errands & hanging out at the coffeeshop having lunch & some “replenishment” time with my new-ish magazine & paper book & starting the tagged book for #SundayBuddyRead discussion tomorrow.

Now I‘m curled up under blanket and cat, reading an ARC and feeling very cozy indeed.

It is raining here today; therefore, no riding. In my next life I will have a covered arena. My stepson is coming to visit and we are doing a late Christmas with him. He wants to go to a local BBQ place for lunch. It will be nice to caught up with him.
