RE-CAP for the month of May. 16 books total, I went on vacation this month and it shows...I was too busy in the mountains of Tennessee to finish any books. Had fun, though. I tried to make up for it this past week by finishing five in a row. DNF's are in my next post. All were Audiobooks except A Girl Called Samson.

Dickens‘ quiet bookstore life was rattled when Spike opened a motorcycle garage next door. The annoyance is instantaneous, as is the attraction.
Felt rather rushed but that‘s what you get for a spicy novella. The side characters were great!

pickI couldn't tag the actual book since it wasn't in the database. I enjoyed book 2 of the Midlife Medicine paranormal cozy mystery series by Amorette Anderson. Admittedly I've picked it up and restarted several times but finally got into it this week. My favorite part is that her companion is a pitbull named Lucky who she can speak to psychically since moving to the magical town of Covenstead. So this quote from the dog made me laugh.
