Starting this today. Also I guess it doesn‘t have an entry here. It seems to have gotten very little attention from what I can tell. It‘s a little long but hopefully I‘ll like it

thank you for your great package. @julieclair
i forget whats on my TBR so these books look exciting to read. the box of push pins a very pretty. the wrapping was so pretty didn‘t want to tear open.
I just had to include my little squirrel 🐿️ in the picture.
We ended up being in the direct path of Hurricane Beryl and it was a rough one. Thankfully we are all safe and no damage to anything besides branches. Lots of trees down around the area though. Hoping we get power back soon but I'm staying cool with the pups since we have a generator.
I hope any close by Litsy and #LitsyLove friends are safe as well!
Accurate 🥰😂
It‘s been awhile since I‘ve participated but I have more time over the summer so here we go! 🥰🎉 @TheAromaofBooks

To celebrate #NationalFoodTruckDay
I'd like to share this book, the first one about this delicious phenomenon in Spain.
Food trucks are inspired by centuries-old food carts dating back to the 17th century, and in 1936, Wienermobile became the first official modern food truck.
One of my favourites is a wine truck we can see in some events in Catalonia, https://www.instagram.com/thewinetruck.cat

RE-CAP for the month of May. 16 books total, I went on vacation this month and it shows...I was too busy in the mountains of Tennessee to finish any books. Had fun, though. I tried to make up for it this past week by finishing five in a row. DNF's are in my next post. All were Audiobooks except A Girl Called Samson.
I just saw this in a Facebook group and thought it would be fun to post it here. I don‘t know of any books with bad mothers in them.

looking forward to “Confessions of a Prairie Bitch”

Now that I‘m done crescent city I can finally get to these books my bestie got me for my bday in January 🥰🥹
I had so many 5 star reads in January it was hard to narrow it down...but this book ticked all the boxes for me and I love almost anything Chani Lynn Feener writes so...
My #joyousjanuary goal is to finish A court of wings and ruin and maybe even A court of frost and starlight since that one‘s a lot smaller 🥰

Loathed: Lagan by Nora Phoenix
Lagan and his law professor, Killian, constantly butt heads because Killian clearly has a problem with Lagan although he doesn‘t know why. But when Lagan‘s father died, Killian puts aside his feelings to help.
The relationship felt rushed and it was hard to believe. It was also an age gap romance which I‘m not overly fond of.
MM and spicy
Where are my fellow book sample hoarders? Would anyone want to join in a new challenge? I want to start it for myself at least to finally go through some of them. How many do you have currently?
I found a recipe for chicken dumplin soup...amazing
My daughter got the part
Page Against the Machine by Gabbi Grey
Dickens‘ quiet bookstore life was rattled when Spike opened a motorcycle garage next door. The annoyance is instantaneous, as is the attraction.
Felt rather rushed but that‘s what you get for a spicy novella. The side characters were great!
The first one was formatted as a book and the second as more of a podcast. That might be why it‘s not on litsy? IT WAS SO GOOD!! Both had me hooked from the very start. A psychic helping the FBI, right up my alley!
I‘ve always loved Joshua Jackson (Pacey from Dawsons creek) and he was an amazing narrator! If you have audible I suggest checking this out for free in the plus catalogue! 🥰
1872 utopian novel whose title is an anagram of NOWHERE
