The lives of two corporate wives and a single mother rejoining the workplace are irreversibly changed after the Fossil Oils corporate Christmas do. This wasn‘t anything like I was expecting, and I found it disappointing. Not really one likeable character in the book, including the MC, who came up with this wonderful example of girl power #Not.

#December started with a bang with two Christmas parties - top left, children waiting for Santa to hand out their secret Santa present at a friends party. Bottom left office party lunch (yum) with jalapeño poppers + stuffed beef rolls.

Despite the snowy weather yesterday, we still had our work Christmas party at my house. It was exhausting to host but we had so much fun! We even had some spouses join us and two people who are former coworkers came as well! The top pic is me and my friend Sharrika. She used to work with us and now she and I are good friends.

I had an incredibly busy day today, hence my radio silence for most of it. I was busy coordinating our library's Christmas party that happened tonight.
