Because this shipment keeps getting delayed, I made an emergency B&N trip to at least get something in the mail for my #JolabokaflodSwap match. I‘m super disappointed—wasn‘t able to find anything at B&N from her “most-wished” list. I‘m hoping the replacement book I picked from her Litsy TBR is one she doesn‘t have yet. Then the Post Office was out of padded envelopes for Priority Mail 😩 But it‘s in the mail now & should arrive on Monday!🤞🏼📦💌

My daughter and son in law arrived last night with LOADS of goodies and this small stack of assorted books. Not even sure how I acquired these titles but I‘m all in for new books😁

Guess what I found on my porch while I was taking out the trash tonight?! My #BestOf2020Swap box! It said it was arriving tomorrow but apparently it got delivered today. Thank you @guinsgirlreads 🤗 it‘s going to be hard to wait!

Sigh of relief! My #muglove box is in the mail, and headed to the upper Midwest. ETA is Saturday. Although the original theme was completely sabotaged by Zazzle (darn those copyright infringement laws), I‘m happy with the contents. Hope my match is too!

Be on the lookout @JenlovesJT47 I didn't get a chance to write anything about Litsy on the box before it was taken for delivery but I think it will be obvious when it's opened. The tote bag is not one of these, I just found these online to illustrate this post.

I was so excited to arrive home today and find my #beachinbookswap package! Thank you so much @Seekingtardis for your generous gifts. I am so excited to check out the books you sent! I love the tea (I am trying it out right now!) and cup. I use the post-it flags all of the time, and I have a weakness for Nerds! As you can see in the pics, my cat, Bandit, is being very nosy, and he has decided he really loves the ball. Thank you for everything!

I loved this book, I thought the main characters were very likeable you felt for them and sympathised with them. It was just such a beautiful story about an older couple and finding love, happiness and passion no matter what age you are ❤️

Sad to say this is a book I didn't enjoy. The plots were vague, prose was weak like I'm reading a text book. I've always liked Danielle Steel's books but not this.
