These are a few of the shows and movies I want to watch (or have already started) for #RIP and #Scarathlon. I have several more on my watchlist, but these are at the top. #TeamWhoYaGonnaCall

FlynnDewey Those Fear Street movies on Netflix were pretty solid, in my opinion. I enjoyed them a lot more than I had expected to. 1y

Great first read of the #readathon, and a hilarious, quick read for lovers of Horror movies.

This book is hilarious and a perfect start to the#readathon. I've been so busy unpacking and finding a place for everything in the new house that I didn't realize just how much I needed this weekend of laying around in my bookish pajamas with a stack of good books and an endless cup of tea. I'm so glad I didn't decide to skip it this time like I had been thinking of doing. The boxes can wait.

I've got my breakfast and tea ready along side my stack of books, my #readathon journal, and my audio player and earbuds fully charged and ready to play my "October Country" playlist (named after the book by Ray Bradbury). Let's get this party started!

I love horror movies! So I found this book very entertaining and fun to read! I do wish victims in horror flicks would read this book so they would stop going to the cellar to find the breaker box, running upstairs and shutting themselves in the bathroom, etc. :) Great book!

I love Buzzfeed quizzes. I decided to take their one for how long I‘d make it in a horror movie, and I‘m happy to say all my horror movie watching has paid off because I would totally survive! Not only do I survive, but I‘m the hero, heck yeah! Here‘s the link if you want to play

This was such a fun read!

This book essentially makes fun of horror movies and all the cliches that come with them. For example, one of the things it says NOT to do is investigate strange things. The book explicitly states, “Investigation = mutilation” (pg. 36). Nothing good ever comes from checking something out. That‘s just asking to be murdered.

@StephBengtson thank you, thank you, thank you! I love everything! There‘s so much goodness here, I barely got it all in the frame. The books all sound amazing, the socks and mug are adorable, and how did you know I ALWAYS need bag clips? I love the Harry Potter stuff, too. I‘ll use the Dobby page clip on everything, and I can‘t wait to get cooking from the HP cookbook!
Maya says thank you, too!

Saw Boo 2 with the family tonight and now I'm learning how to make it through a horror movie. Several people broke the Terrorverse's only commandment in that movie.

I may be in a reading slump but I did finish my #audiobook! This was a perfect #halloween read for those that don't do #horror. It was funny and entertaining. Quite honestly, if it were possible to be a stuck in a horror movie, this would be a perfect guide. #audible

Kaye Isn‘t Johnny Heller a great narrator ? 7y

Some lines made me laugh but I was offended by Grahame-Smith's objectification of women.
