#Midwintersolace has definitely been helping me get through the shorter days. I‘ve adored our #fridaynightshares, I even indulged & bought a few new books. And our #hyggehourreadathons & #naturalitsycardswap have made me so happy! Hygge at my house has included rituals for solstice & Hanukkah, endless cups of tea, coffee, & cocoa, snuggles with the fur-balls, reading in my blanket nests, house cleaning, & enjoying lots of time by candlelight.
I know this is super late, but I wanted to thank you all for the #holidaycardswap and #naturalitsycardswap cards! I read and loved them all! I have them saved in a nice box ❤️
52 cards between #Litsylove #holidaycardswap and #naturalitsycardswap words cannot express how much these cards meant and helped me get thru the evening. For 2 1/2 months one of my cats passed and 2 had to be put down. I then lost a kitten. Being at worked helped distract my mind but coming home broke me everyday. This community saved me. So thank you Littens ❣️

It‘s my first day of a short break from work & I‘m spending my #WinterSolstice day by taking a long-ish scenic drive to a botanical garden with an audiobook & my mellow holiday/solstice playlist & either walking or driving through (you can do both & it‘s been pretty rainy so we‘ll see when I get there). Then I‘m going to have lunch (right now ramen is calling & there‘s some good places near the gardens) & then just wander for ⬇️
