Can't tell you how stoked I am to FINALLY have a copy of Rage to read so I can continue my Stephen King chronological saga. This was a hard one to find. Thankfully MelCat came to the rescue because a used copy of this book ran anywhere from $500-$1250 online 😵💫

My picks for this readathon. Some are unread from last year, some are new. Whether I get to them all or not is irrelevant- it should make this month a festive one! #oldandnew #libraryfinds #kindle

Spent a leisurely morning at the library, perusing its shelves. Managed to discover an eclectic group of books:memoir, poetry, fiction, non-fiction. 💙📚

#Windsorlibrary #libraryfinds
My son has been tasked with finding books I want to read. Today we visited Windsor library which is housed in a gorgeous brick building. Windsor & Wethersfield vie to be the first English settlement in CT. Miss Martha S. Clapp and Mr. H.E. Sawyer, who was the principal of the Public High School at the time, opened a subscription library. It was housed in different spaces until 1901 when this building was purchased.
