Rust, this was so good! It did take me a bit to get into, but then I was immersed. I don‘t feel like I can summarize this in a way that doesn‘t give some of the revelations in the story away. There are other reviews that do that well. I‘m so happy that #authoramonth finally pushed me to pick up a Jemisin book. TheKidUpstairs I felt the same, it took a bit to get into and then wham, sucked in, completely hooked. The rest of the trilogy is just as good. 4y
