I enjoy stories with interconnected characters like this. While many of the romances touched on similar themes/tropes, I liked the diversity in characters. Read for #SundayBuddyRead, it‘s a very soft pick from me—too much YA angst & too many characters to keep track of, but I think the concept of different YA authors creating the interlocking stories was good. Some of the characters & stories sparkled more than others, but it was a good pick for a light December read & if I was the intended YA target looking for diversity & representation in my books, I‘m sure I‘d have loved it. ❄️❄️❄️

I would not have picked up this book if not for #SundayBuddyRead , and I probably would have bailed on it long ago. Too much angst (and I am a ‘90s grunge/alt-rock girl, full of angst and anger 😂). I did learn a lot about sea animals!

A fun bit escapism. A little too YA for me and some of the stories were a bit one note. But it was fun seeing how all the stories interconnected. It was refreshing seeing different types of characters. Read for #sundaybuddyread

This has been on my tbr for awhile. I have the eArc, the audio, and the physical book that I bought because it came with an adorable snowglobe. so I really made it a priority this Christmas. And it was good, no regrets. It was very snowy and sweet and much less problematic than certain Christmas romance ensemble movies.

YA snowmageddon ‘love, actually‘ influenced story with multiple couples getting back together or finding each other in the storm of the century. Would make a great movie I think. I enjoyed some of the minor characters‘ stories much more than the main one #sundaybuddyread

This was an ok read. I listened to the audio so I couldn't tell the difference of the various writing styles. I liked the inclusivity but I was not too fond of the teenage drama. I give it 3⭐️.

I am just now joining the #SundayBuddyRead & I got behind on the last 2 weeks. But I sat down to catch up today & ended up finishing the whole thing. This is sweet & fluffy with a lot of characters to keep it interesting. Looking forward to the group discussion! 4⭐️ 80 points

This book was so much better than Blackout! I loved the way the stories all intertwined more than just “the friend of their cousin is going to the same party”. The characters all had a shared goal that they actually all had stakes in, and even minor characters appeared across stories. I wish there would be a third one; I feel like the authors have really figured out how to write like this and I want more! 5⭐️

I enjoyed all the different couples and their stories, and how they all interconnected! A sweet read!
