Took me a long while to get through it. I listened through the library.

Hope this one wont take me 6 months to listen to. Lol hoping the libby gods are on my side 😂
I figured the only way I‘d find #Dragoon in my reading was to tackle the next #Chunkster in this series. I think this could be my favorite so far. To be fair, it‘s been a few years since I started this series. Book 4 may need to be added to a future #BookSpinBingo list.

My favorite so far...This season of the show was also my favorite.
I have finally finished this book!!! I think the only reason it took me so long to read the book is because my grandmother has been in the hospital for almost three weeks recovering from a brain bleed. I love the characters and the story of the book!!!
It's #manicmonday!

While I still enjoyed this installment it definitely was my least favorite so far. There are seriously problematic moments and while I know the author was probably going for historically appropriate behavior/beliefs some of it was truly 😳. Choices of some of the characters also seemed weird given what we already knew about their personalities and I came away disliking them. That being said there was still lots of action and romance! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I'm glad that I didn't give up on this series after the first book because the second book and this one were so much better. The setting still has me obsessed and I love when the author gives detailed descriptions about the land.
Spending time with Brianna was great, but I still want to know more about her. This book had an interesting ending that has me very curious about what is next for Jamie and Claire.
Book #3 of the series. Treasure, pirates, shipwrecks and more. Jamie & Claire are in for an adventure in this installment.
I will still say the book Jamie is just WOW!!! The reunion of Jamie and Claire was wonderful. Claire still aggravates me but I guess I am suck with her for the other books. lol
February Book 3/25 #LitsyLove #bookspinbingo
An update on my progress. Flew through book #3. The absolute best and heart-stopping opening line about Jamie, his fate, finding he‘s alive, making the decision to go back!! 20 years. To recover a love that happens once-in-a-lifetime. And at an interesting moment for her, too. And then of course, thrown into the thick of things. Fergus! Laoghaire! 🤔😝😠😨 This time I understand more. And differently. #recentlyread #romance #fantasy #outlander
I don't have a pic as I listened to this on audio and just now remembered it was my #doublespin. I listened to this 43 hour audio in 6 days and did 2.5 1000 piece puzzles while listening! It's been a while since I read the last one and it was fun - ultimately 3 stars for me. Not sure if I will keep going - maybe will wait awhile! This was also my first book of 2022. @TheAromaofBooks
I must be more distracted in 2021. It took me forever to read Voyager this time. I feel like I got more out of it though. Things I had missed before: Claire's theory about loch Ness, the prophesy, and Jamie's betrayal. I'm hesitating to take up the next book, now that I know she's writing another book I'm not sure I want to race to the end and have to wait again. 😅 #reread4details
I thought I'd savor some reading today, and was just at the part where Jamie and Claire have their biggest fight when my best friend called and said let's go to Ikea. We've been meaning to go since before covid and I need lots of shelving. Bad timing. Ikea is out of furniture. It was so weird!
Jamie bookmark 😍
I'm rereading the Outlander books in anticipation of Bees release this fall. Voyager is by far my least favorite. In fact, I'm surprised that I ended up continuing with the books after this one, to be honest. Of course, I'm glad I did, because the series as a whole is in my top 3 favorites ever, but even this second time through I struggled.

1. An email from a student asking questions about my alimentary (elementary) school library.
2. Cut and dry, on the equinox.
3. Voyager
Staycation is over, back to work I go, and all I want to do is lay in the sun and begin Voyager, maybe a few other books too.
I liked this. I wanted to slap Claire and Jamie in the beginning.
Their love is sweet and strong and (to me) exists only within the covers of a book (and my imagination). I love their love and passion. Gabaldon does a great job of writing this. I still want more depth in the characters. They have it, it‘s there but Gabaldon isn‘t exposing it. I need to have it exposed.
I am thoroughly hooked and in love with this story and series.
Jaime you have your issues and problems and yet my love for you does not waiver, also by god I would not kick you out of bed 😆
Claire you … you have your issues too and yet I love you just the same also would not kick you out of bed either 😆
I know it's not the chunkster you started with -- but this chunkster definitely still counts! Way to go, Jennifer!

@Mollyanna
So I finally finished this massive book. Although it wasn‘t my original #chunksterchallenge2021 (I‘m still working on that one...), it was definitely a chunkster. Coming in at 43 hours and 17 minutes (1,059 pages). It was good, but not the best in the series. I‘m glad I did this re-read as an audio. I will continue the series.
This my first finish for #20in4 and another finish for #seriesread2021. It also fits #Booked2021 with a MD/RN as MC.
Slowly but surely making my way through this series. I am hoping to read them all before Bees gets released! Overall, I did enjoy this installment. I loved hearing Jamie‘s perspective, and Roger‘s as well. I heard DOA is a little slow in some parts so I‘m worried, but gonna read a few books before I start it. How did you like Voy & DOA?
I recently discovered I love snowshoeing! I live in the middle of the woods in lake effect snow country, so we do not lack snow or places to go.
My plans every weekend now consist of snowshoeing and then returning inside to curl up with books (tagged is the current Kindle read). Both activities prove to be quite therapeutic!
I know my love of winter makes me extremely weird ❄️📖
#ShowSomeLove #FaveLiteraryCouple Why I think I will pick Claire Randall & James Fraser!
Halfway through the 3rd book. Any Obsassenach‘s out there? I‘m reading through the books for the first time, watched the series about 4 times lol. It‘s gonna be a long droughtlander. But my goal is to finish by the time the 9th book hits, which she keeps changing the date on. I hope book 10 doesn‘t take as long 😩😩 I think that‘s the one everyone can‘t wait to read. It will be very bittersweet, I know. 😭
“Once you've chosen a man, don't try to change him', I wrote with more confidence. 'It can't be done. More important-don't let him try to change you.” #voyager #quotesy #outlander
“Ye must do it, and it makes no difference if you‘re afraid — you‘ll do it. It‘s only when ye ken ye can say no that it takes courage.” For anyone who hasn‘t read the Outlander series, to “ken” means to know it. It took me a while to pick that one up.
#12ColorsofDecember Day 3: Evergreen 🌲
While I love the first Outlander book and own the first five in the series, I‘ve never actually read the sequels. This is the most evergreen colored book I own, though!
