2014 - 2016. I just discovered this 60 page novella exists. Seems a perfect way to finish out the month.

pickSo, some things don‘t change. 🫠 I still can‘t write reviews timely. But at least I got through it. I am in new territory. It was still emotional, a roller coaster and a story of growth with some heartbreaks and triggers (🔥😭😞) but some positive stuff, too. I am excited about the next book, but then I think I will actually be done?? 🥹🤔🙏🏻 #recentlyread
pickI enjoyed this book. Historical fiction/romance. The characters were interesting and engaging. Overall I really liked both the leads, though they also both had traits that I found off-putting. Definitely a lot of spicy scenes peppered throughout. Also, some very graphic descriptions of torture (both physical and psychological); I'm not usually squeamish, but even I found it disturbing. But overall, recommend (if you can handle spice and torture).
Hope this one wont take me 6 months to listen to. Lol hoping the libby gods are on my side 😂
