1. Yes, always. Never know when you will need it.
2. The God of the Woods: The main family of this book is wealthy and yes in this book it does affect the character/characters, not in a good way but a bad way. Money to me is something we all have to have. Some have more than others. And it can be used in a bad way or a good way. Just like not being wealthy can affect you in a good or bad way. We all have the same choices, to be good or 2b bad.

Well, I just finished my #DoubleSpin so no time like the present to belatedly post my April #BookSpin list. In keeping with doing things kind of backwards and out of order, I think I‘ll start my actual #BookSpin book now. 🤣
Happy Pub Day!!

1) Honestly, confused. I haven‘t heard the cat all day ( see my last post) I hope it is okay because I heard a couple of cat fights last night I think animal control came by and anti- cruelty called me. I just hope the cat is okay. Say a little prayer and send good vibes little Max is okay. I named him Max, lol. I will try to find out tomorrow. 2) I like Joyce Meyer but she is a religious speaker who has written a lot of books. Litsy is the only

I have always loved Scotland (no wonder I ended up having a Scottish herding dog) so it isn't a big surprise that I love the setting in this book ❤️ And can you believe: there is a Finnish character as well 🤣🤣

This is becoming freaky now! I read the lost passenger on the week of the anniversary of the Titanic (even heard some of the film score on the radio as I was reading it) and now I am reading Conclave on the week the pope dies. Not done purposely but it's just so weird that it has happened like this!!😲🤔
Has this happened to anyone else?
This is from the Papier Insta page. They do beautiful notebooks.
Guys, when you're down in the dumps what do you read?
- Sad, reflective books to reflect your mood?
- Cosy, cute books to raise a smile?
- Immersive fantasy worlds to escape into?
- Twisty mystery plots to distract your attention?
It‘s a boy!!! We can‘t wait to meet this sweet baby boy in October! 👶🏻💙🎊🎉🎈

“Deviled eggs” is a culinary term meaning to spice or season a dish heavily, especially with mustard or pepper, associated with the fiery imagery of hell. These eggs look devilishly great!

How could Hollie have passed by me and gotten out the door? She had on a huge butterfly costume that was hard to miss.
Elizabeth looked everywhere in the school but found nothing.
Sooo...why won‘t she call the police to help with her daughter‘s disappearance?
MY DAUGHTER IS MISSING is brutal and has a lot of violence, but the storyline will keep you reading. 4/5

Coffee & starting a new book by an almost local author. Continuing the series because I love to read about historical life in the same area where I am living.
I wish you all have an awesome day ❤️

My mood is so mixed these days. I am SO very blessed with my 3 grandsons, but so worried about their future in this broken country and world.
I am so thankful that my husband and I are able to live our retirement dream after saving for so many years, but worried about the economy.
#5JoysFriday Sorry this is a day late. 1) My faith especially this Easter week. 2) The itching is gone but I am still in a lot of pain- and I feel like I‘m in the movie Rear Window. I am kinda stuck in one place listening to the atrocities going on outside my windows. Some mean lady just kicked her cat out for no reason. I am stuck here almost crying so I called animal control and the Anti Cruelty Society. That made me feel better. 👇🏽
Not in the database, but as you can see the book got great reviews when it was published earlier this year which was why I borrowed it from the library
At 87 Kristen is finally a widow and she can start searching for the boy she gave up for adoption at 16 and unmarried.
A book about being forced to give a child away in a society where abortion is illegal, and the most important thing is to avoid shame and talk in the small community.

I've been scrolling a lot this morning, which has left me sad/angry/dismayed, so I decided to focus my mood board on things that bring me joy.
Family is first, of course, but here are things I do that make me happy.
