Definitely holds up to the hype! Loved it! This novel was heartwarming. Takes place in Alaska in the 70‘s and follows a mother and daughter fighting to survive and cope with heavy trauma. The writing was lovely and poetic! ♥️

trazo I recently self taught myself too. I started in December. I think a simple blanket is a good start bc it doesn‘t require too much counting and the stitches are repetitive. Are you knitting too? 5y

trazo @Texreader I do read to him. He is only a month and a half old so most of the time he spends it sleeping or eating. You are right though, it is a precious time with my little one. I think just hearing me read soothes him. I love it! ❤️ 5y

EKonrad So cute! I actually had to put my pup to sleep last Thanksgiving. She was almost 16 and had a great life. But I‘m thinking about getting a new dog and I thought your pic was exactly the breed I‘m looking for. Thanks so much! 😊 5y
