Watching the #PuppyBowl with Conor

I have been reading/checking in with my buddy Frankie every Friday with this book. I am enjoying it so far - lots of “to-do“ and “to think-about“ items for me to focus on. Today, I reread a couple of weeks' worth and took some notes :) 📑📊🗓️

I finished 2 more courses in my degree towards a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. This semester was intense. I felt sick some days (physically) and couldn't take care of myself because school NEVER stops! I am taking a semester off before I start my preceptorship (I can't emotionally- self-care - physically - think about working for free right now).

I am excited to use this time to read, regroup, and organize my home/life.

This was super cute. Again, too young for me, but.. I enjoyed how sweet it is. I might be into romance more than I initially thought :) - Tulips from the hubby (My fav flower)

Finished this month's #ThematicCozies @JulieClair Most cozies have some romantic element, and when I googled this (romance + cozy mystery) it came up, but ... it wasn't super romantic-y. Compared to others I have loved! Oh well. The book itself was a bit obnoxious, but it might have been geared to a younger audience into influencers - a #NotForMe pick.

I like this book's idea way more than its execution. It didn't grasp me as much as I had hoped, but it did provide a distraction during my #AudioCrochet and #AudioChores, which is always helpful.

I took a break from cleaning to finish this one (I was almost done anyway). Anyway, this is a re-read for me. It was interesting to see the poems I flagged back then vs how they don't affect me in the same way today. Some of me wish I had annotated a little or journaled why they were significant then.

It was a cute quick read :) I enjoyed it :) Initially, I was curious about the kitty's role, but it all tied in! I enjoyed it :)
