I‘m loving this book.

This was a recent buy for me that I actually finished! Neil thinks the tag line is movie voice over territory. But brain candy for me. 4 stars.

Starting on this series. Are these supposed to be funny? I woke Neil up, I laughed so much already.

OK so, I finished this yesterday. I loved it. The whole thing broke me, but I loved it.

I've been a major stress-head recently. But instead of reading after family time last night, crashed out. No #readathon finishes. This, however, is The Best first line I've read in a long time: The christening party took a turn when Albert Cousins arrived with gin.

Off in a boat. Or not. Ferry was cancelled so we either hafta drive three more hours to meet my sister-in-law after her half-marathon, or my husband is a shitty little brother. See as it's #readathon , I don't know which option I prefer today. 😂

Loved this. Didn't want it to end. #readathon start is 1pm my time today. So finished this one in preparation!

I've known my husband for 8 years, almost. He has always had a rather impressive, albeit quirky beard. Didn't think I was into beards because my Dad's always had one, too. However. To love Neil is to love his beard. Today there was a shaving malfunction that's resulted in a short goatee. I've been touching his bald face for luck all morning. Won't let me take a photo. But I had to share somewhere! Edit: LOOKIT!!

When you want to read all the books, but you're a bit overwhelmed and you love weird angles and your kid and open doors and fresh air and your bed and your porch. Yeah, that. 💜

One review says this is The Craft meets The Secret History. To that I say: JHRC. Take all my money. (2.84 on Kindle UK.)
