I haven‘t read a book since September. I started a work from home position, and that seems to drain any energy I have. But I received Mad Honey for Christmas from my mom, and it seems to have jump started my passion again.
I didn‘t meet my goal this year, but proud of all that I read. Although 90% of it was pure smut 😬

I‘ve been on a smut kick lately, and this series was everything.
I didn‘t want it to end, and am eagerly waiting for the last book to come out.
My favorite was Give me More, the dynamics in the relationship was amazing, and I loved the character building.
If you love a good smut read, check this one out.

I went into these expecting them to be smutty, but they were anything but that.
I was hooked right away, and have enjoyed reading through the different relationships.
It is a lighthearted series, with some good drama and love in it.

I tried so hard to draw this out as long as possible, this series has left me with a broken heart, hope, love and closure.
I didn‘t want the story to end. The characters are impossible not to crave, and their love for one another is what dreams are made of.
I cried for Dom, Sean, Cecila, and Tobias- but I laughed and smiled too.
All I can say is, go read it- I don‘t think you‘ll be disappointed.

This is series has taken my heart and thrown it to the wolves.
In some sense it feels like the romance gets repetitive but the story makes up for all of that.
They have made me fall in love with music again, and now I finding myself finding the characters in so many different songs.
Well worth the read!

If you enjoyed Sons of Anarchy and a good romance this series is for you.
I‘m hooked, and already dreading the end.
Cecilia discovers her true self, and struggles to come to peace with her demons, while she fights to keep her promise to herself.
Sean is swoon worthy in every way, and Dominic is a chilling force to be reckoned with.

I‘m conflicted. I devoured this book, but that feels *wrong*. The MC and Jake drove me crazy most of the time, but I fell in love with Kaleb right away, and my heart ached for Noah.
If you aren‘t into spice and some taboo stuff this isn‘t the book for you. But if you like some good spice and don‘t have triggers I think it‘s a good, fast read.

Lighthearted, funny, intriguing and feel good.
I needed something lighthearted after the few heavy reads and it was exactly what I was looking for.
The buildup is perfect, and I was so happy to go on the roller coaster of emotions with Lucy.
This is one book to movie that I‘m excited to watch.

My husband has been telling me to read this for a year now and I finally did, why did I wait so long?
This book grips you by your heart strings and takes you through life during the Great Depression.
They don‘t teach you these things in History class here in the US, and it‘s astounding.
If you haven‘t read this yet, go grab it- you won‘t regret it.

I wanted to read as fast as possible because it was so good, but I forced myself to take the time reading this one. It was well worth it.
I don‘t want to say much about it because it was a book filled with so much. So I‘ll just say I highlighted 15 quotes, this being one of the most powerful to me.

All I can say is- Kenna is a soul I would love to meet in person somebody, Ledger is the definition of what a man should be, and Roman is the best friend everybody needs.
Colleen Hoover never disappoints, if you haven‘t read one of her books yet go read one now, I haven‘t found a single one I don‘t like.

Slow day at work requires a great book, like all of Hoover‘s books I am hooked from the first page.

While the message is clear, the writing itself is terrible. It felt like the author was trying to bring up so many current happenings that it just made it unlikeable.

I read this series a few years back and it got me into reading, it‘s remained one of the few that I still think about.
Can anybody recommend some books similar to this?

Started this one last night for #lmpbc and loving it so far.

Am I right? Am I wrong? Where can I find a therapist like Avery?
This was a great book, I enjoyed the twists and turns and when I thought I had it figured out, I was proven wrong.
The characters are pretty well built, but I was hoping to read about more of the session times. It felt like the author built it around the therapist, but lacked on any of the therapy details.

Another snowy day here in Michigan, 3 inches in the last 2 hours and more on the way.
But, I love snow- not so much when I‘m stuck at work in it though.

Trying to finish my way through the #lmpbc picks for this month, and will hopefully have those shipped Monday at the latest!

Devlin & Falco are back in action- and the relationship is heating up. Together they take on an ex-cop and his entire family. I found it a little slow going compared to the other books in this series, but about 30% of the way through it picked up and I couldn‘t put it down.
Hoping for another book, and impatiently waiting.

I received the first book as an #lmpbc pick and I have to say when I read the back I was like oh I won‘t enjoy this. But then I read it and had to read the rest of the series.
It was a great read and I gave most of the books a 4/5 star rating. The ending to each one was a little too unbelievable, but still good.
I now wake up terrified if somebody comes in my room, I think I see creatures that aren‘t there, and I‘m afraid of scratching noises.

For the first time ever, I got the Christmas gifts wrapped before Christmas Eve, and in true holiday tradition- I put on The Santa Clause while wrapping. This is my favorite Christmas movie and I typically watch it 10+ times during the season.
This year has not felt like Christmas though so it‘s my first time watching it, with going back to my old job, and sick kids I‘m ready for a relaxing Christmas Eve filled with movies and peace. #wintergames

I‘ve been trying to find a good place to sell books for years and have always used eBay or just took them to my local used book store for a $1 credit, but will be using this from now on.
Got all my Christmas shopping ready to go on here.

This year I decided for Christmas I am doing one book for each of my family members.
I got this one for my younger sister as she recently got married to a Norwegian man and loves the folklore tales over there.

This is just one of the many things brought up in “The Mother-In-Law” and personally I believe it should be.
This book had plenty of twists and turns, but by the end I was able to guess the truth of it all.
It was easy to fall in love with Tom and Lucy, and while you wanted to dislike Diana, you couldn‘t help but love her too.

Book 2 of this series, and while it was good, the first was much better.
You get to know Ava and Mason in this story, and learn of Ava‘s twin sister Jayne. It was a fast paced and easy read- it did have a good twist towards the end which added some depth to the story.
I‘m hoping the third book focuses more on Zander and Emily again.

Oof, this book has been on my TBR for a while & I‘m sad that I waited so long to read it.
3 sisters & 3 aunts are the center of everything, but each one has something to hide. When a double murder pops up and the FBI is brought in things get tense around the mansion 5 of them share. Tara has been gone for 2 decades, but will she ever be found?
Fast paced and fully of mystery, this book will have you on the edge of your seat.
