#LMPBC #Round14 Update

I finished this month‘s books & definitely enjoyed both! I‘ll be sending The Personal Librarian to @Jerdencon & Snapdragon to @LibrarianRyan tomorrow

I don‘t think I have The Perfume Thief back from #Round13 yet. @phantomx Do you have that one? If so, can you let me know when you send it out so I know when to be on the lookout?

I don't feel like this one ever quite decided what it was about. But then, this could also be related to my recent habit of defaulting to assuming a first-person narrator is suffering from psychosis when weird things happen to them. Maybe I'm stuck in a particular perspective that keeps me from seeing other interpretations of a novel.

I finished up the last book for #LMPBC #Round13 #GroupP & I‘ll get it in the mail ASAP. This was a lot of fun and I flew through it. I thought it was really original and made some bold character choices. I‘m glad it was part of this round. Started this one last night for #lmpbc and loving it so far.

Ooph. I set a lower goal for 2022 to give myself space to read longer/denser books & boy howdy! I found myself in Dune (audio) & Magicians, both of which are really good, but long *&* dense.. when the last #LMPBC book for #round13 came. I picked that up for a little mental break. But, erm, it‘s intense & dark &… welp. I just need to finish one & pick up a cozy mystery! 🤓🤓

I just received this petite volume of poetry in the mail. I‘m curious to read this collection of Glück‘s work! I‘ve loved her earlier poetry!
I‘m sorry, but I haven‘t finished Onegin yet. I am focusing on him this weekend! I‘m about 2/3 of the way through, so I think I‘ll finish very soon!

Loved every second of reading this book! It revived my love and desire to read books.
Blew my mind to find out that the author was influenced by Darling in the Franxx to write this book(you go my queen!)
