It took me some time to get into this one because there was not enough dragon and it was not a typical Stephen King. But it is written like a fairy tale and I appreciated the subtleties of its special brand of wisdom and humor. I liked the ending the best and would like a follow-up adventure with some of the redeemed characters. #Eyesofthedragon #LosersClub #StephenKing @DGRachel

BookwormAHN I love this book. When I first read it about 20 yrs ago I didn't realize King wrote fantasy and originally bought it because it had the word dragon in the title 🐲 5y

DGRachel This was the first adult fantasy I ever read and probably only the second fantasy novel. I loved that this was not what I expected from King. Was it unexpected for anyone else? Some of the foreshadowing was a bit heavy-handed, but I loved how Peter used the napkins and the dollhouse. I‘m dying to know what the rest of you thought of this book! 🖤💚 (edited) 5y

DGRachel @BookwormAHN I love that you picked it up because of the title! 😆😆 I first read it 30 years ago and chose it because it wasn‘t his standard horror fare. I had previously attempted and bailed on both Pet Sematary and IT. 5y
