With the help of the boyfriend's younger brother, she sets out to reexamine the evidence. I really liked the format of this book, with parts of it Pip's notes⬇

Looks like I am fated to read ice cream puns this month. 😄🍨#DoubleSpin was for an #AcquiredViaLitsy pick which I just so happen to have book 2 in this series.

I loved this heartwarming story about the transformative power of an unlikely friendship. I didn‘t like either of the main characters at first, one was arrogant, grumpy and rude, and the other was weak and spineless. But as their friendship grew, they each also grew in positive and satisfying ways. By the end, I was cheering for both of them. Tip - Don‘t miss the author‘s note at the end!

I loved this book! It took me on a roller coaster of emotions. A perfect read for February, since much of the action takes place on Valentine‘s Day. I‘m so glad I chose this as my February #ReadOrDonate selection!

I liked the concept and some of the characters, but this was overall a so-so read for me. The Evil Conservative trope got really old. And I just wasn't a fan of the way some of the storyline played out. I'm still planning to read the second book on the strength of how well I like Roberts's other writing, but we'll see how that books goes before I decide if I'm going to wade through the whole series.
