It has been awhile since I visited futuristic NYC. I‘ve decided to work on getting caught up in this series, although I don‘t think I will read more than one every month or so. #SeriesLove24 This is #43 of 59 currently. #52Bookclub24 #RevengeStory 3.5🌟

A series I pick up occasionally. This is next up at some point.
I liked it but it wasn‘t my favorite. I think it was missing some of that good Eve and Peabody banter.
Weekend off to good start! Coffee, mini cheesecake and two good books to alternate 🥳
So when I had won this book I had no idea it was #43 in the series. It made me want to go back and check it out from the start. It really came together in the end and I was left wanting more! 3.5/5
Lieutenant Eve Dallas with the NYPSD is on the trail of a sniper who has just killed three people at Central Park‘s ice skating rink. #copsong #musicalnewyear
I love when my reading coincides with real life. Listening to this tale of serial murders taking place at Manhattans landmarks (Central Park Ice Skating Rink, Times Square, Madison Square Garden) as I sat waiting for my train at Penn Station. Although the Place rang true, the Time did not. It is the future, but the gadgets just seemed too now. Nice having a female lead who is a police Lieutenant, but overindulgent Irish husband is pure fantasy!
New Playaway to play while cooking and chores!
"Mira set aside her coat, her purse--white with a #bold red center stripe--and stepped to Eve's board"

Another adventure with Eve Dallas. It's always enjoyable watching her navigate life through her jaded ways. Seeing Roarke evolve with Eve, in this book he has become almost as much cop as Eve!
No snarky dialogue in this one, which I miss. Still enjoyed it though.
It's cold and snowy outside, so I'm staying in this weekend and catching up on some library books! (And finishing my Christmas decorating, seriously. Lol)
Can't get enough of Roarke and Eve. Love the series. Only complaint we always find out who did it towards the beginning of the book, and have to let Eve figure out the why for the rest of the book, would love to be kept guessing till the end.
Always happy to settle into a new Eve Dallas case. Here the hunt for the killer and the police procedure take center stage in a fast-paced story.
This was an excellent addition to the series and it felt like Dallas had some pretty serious emotional growth. But the number of typos made me a little crazy.
Typical JD Robb book - well written with an intriguing storyline. I enjoyed that she brought back a few minor characters from previous books in the series - it makes LT Dallas' world seem that much more real.
I enjoy this series. This one wasn't as good as others but I still enjoyed listening to it
It was so good! A sniper duo shooting people according to their own agenda. I love these characters and this series is still one I love after 43 books. ❤️ Roarke, my fictional husband
Ahh!!! 43 books and I still love this series!!! Next on my TBR!!!
