I have no idea how I did it. It was a very hectic and emotional year, so I am proud of myself for making time to read.

I'm keeping the same goal of 60 books for 2025. I am sending positive vibes for this new year.

Happy Nee Years. I will be in bed when the ball drops lol - I finished my goodreads reading goal. I preordered 10 books next year, so little random b&n packages will be coming through out the year. Lol I am going to cut down my TBR hopefully.

And the winner is! I‘m not surprised. When I finished The Vaster Wilds, I knew everything else would be hard pressed to outdo it. Watership Down certainly gave it a run for its money. They‘re both very similar in a way and I find that both amusing and comforting.

It was so much fun tracking my best reads throughout the year. I‘m tempted by other people‘s “worst of” boards too. 😅🤣

Today, my precious grandson turned 1! We are celebrating his party tomorrow at the zoo.

5 joys Friday :

1. Christmas 🎄- felt like I needed this day to get here, but hate to know that we are a week from 2025
2. Boozie Eggnog!! This was great Christmas Eve!!
3. Cinnamon Vanilla Waffles with fresh berries/EggNog whip and Canadian bacon 🥰 - that egg nog whip is amazing (no syrup )
4. These dogs annoyed about wearing Christmas outfits
5. Reflection of me at Fogo de Chao because I did not have to cook dinner
