I‘m currently reading The Dogs of Christmas by W. Bruce Cameron it‘s such a cute adorable story so far! And also very hilarious! 😂

Picked up this little book in the “Little Library” in my neighborhood while out walking my dogs with my Grandchildren. It is a pleasant enough read, especially about the dogs, but the main human characters were quirky and could have been more likable. Pleasant little story for light reading.

Cute story with a happy ending. A bit predictable though. The story is about Josh an introvert who works from home as a software engineer. One day his neighbor drops off a pregnant dog and asks him to watch her a few days because he has a family emergency. Josh has never had a dog before and has no idea what to do. 4⭐

I read this all in one sitting last night. It was a nice little feel-good story. The title is misleading, in a way, because it's not what I'd consider a Christmas story. (You know, with Christmas at the epicenter...) In case you wonder, this one is told from a human perspective. 👧

This book is as festive as I seem to be getting this year. Anyone else just not feeling the holiday spirit? 🐕🐕🐕

I combined #hotdrinkandabook with #christmassyreads with Archer Farms Candy Cane coffee, hands down my favorite! And of course dogs ( which by complete accident resemble their real life counterparts)

The temperature dropped from 73 degrees last night to 28 this morning, but this little goober insists on her morning walk. I'm getting up. 🐶 (she has a doggy door; she can go out on her own)
