Tom Gauld's latest ... Straight out of my Litsy bio 😁👻
Consistently puts a silly little grin on my face.
I love Gauld's humour, his illustration style, his choice of subject matter.
Happy to look forward to his next collection.
For those who enjoyed Revenge of the Librarians and are reading his collections out of order like me, there's a lot of book reading and writing humor in this collection too.
For all you aspiring mystery writers - here are some ideas to help make your next one more mysterious

Packing just the essentials for my two week trip to Alaska.
Silly and cute! I had a hard time choosing my favorite for the picture. Would love to own this lol
I love Tom Gauld. His cartoons - often book-related - are clever, funny and insightful. A quick read, full of gems.
These comics were a little pretentious at times but I enjoyed so many of them. They're dry, sometimes absurdist humor. #cartoons
You're on Litsy. You'll like this book.
This is basically how the library would be ordered if we took advice from patrons too.
This book is so good, btw 😆

Would Kafka approve of tonight‘s selection of peppermint tea?
WWKD?
Thank you, lovely @Moray_Reads . 💚
A fantastic little boon of comic strip that all focus on books! Easy tell that the author is a lover of books because he gets it. Here‘s a couple of my latest favourites
I liked this collection better than You're All Just Jealous of My Jetpack, perhaps because I felt like I got more of the jokes. Both collections are good, though.
For some reason I think this one is so sweet ♥️♥️
I particularly enjoy Gauld's colour-coding comics 😊
I‘m at the airport. Will be gone for 2 days for a work conference. Ive packed 4 books and my kindle- was that enough?? 🤔
Great fun, lots of laughs, perfect book to break up bigger, heavier books for #24in48. This was one of my favourites from the collection.
One of the books in my #24in48 stack is Baking with Kafka. This is the opening comic. More than one hits home with me.
1). Walkman with Michael Jackson‘s “Thriller” cassette
2). See title! I bought “Baking with Kafka” for two friends this year! But I still haven‘t read it. 😕
3). See answer to #1. Obviously in the 35+ category 😂
4). Nope! I have nomadic parents.
5). 💕❤️💕❤️

For me it's more about ebooks when on holiday but I definitely load up my e-reader with plenty of emergency reading and backups!
Makes total sense to us! 😁 📚
So many possibilities 😹
This is chock-full of witty bookish cartoons - SO much fun for book nerds 👏🏻💕👏🏻
Perfection 💯
Reminder that this adorable book of literary cartoons is out on Tuesday. ❤️
Cockney Zombie Macbeth with dinosaurs. ☺️
