Day 28 of the 30 Days of Gratitude photo challenge: work. I'm very grateful for my job as my church's secretary and bookkeeper. It's part-time and flexible so I can always be there for my kids when they need me. I love working with my husband (the pastor). And mostly I'm glad I am able to serve our congregation in a helpful way. #gratitude30

TBH, my jobs aren‘t very stressful, but one of them has been on break for 3 weeks and I‘m going back today. There have also been some organizational changes and a few things that I will have to “deal with” today that are making me dread returning. However, as this is my (much) better paying job, I‘ll be glad to get a paycheck again!

👆 is why I never post reviews anymore. In late December, my husband and I decided to open a second business and I have been building out our database for the last month. Bookstore all day and spreadsheets all night. I love my job, but working so much with books makes me really miss reading books! And I just brought home a super sweet book haul that is calling my name! Another time books, tonight it's Sunset Blvd on Netflix and inventory data.
