Phoebe is definitely her own character. But sometimes, if you replace Phoebe with an anthropomorphic fox and Dakota with an anthropomorphic sheep, this could absolutely be an Ozy & Millie strip.
This volume was even more delightful than the first; I relate easily to Phoebe‘s parents! I laughed out loud several times and had to share a few strips with my husband. Surprisingly, my five-year-old doesn‘t seem to be interested.
As charming as the other volumes so far! In this collection of unicorn comics, we get to see a bit more of Phoebe's parents, which made for some incredibly sweet moments. One of my favorite comics in this book was one where Phoebe tested how old her father was by asking him how various things in history were until she got him with the NES. #comic #unicorn #LGBTQAuthors
"Just impale it on my horn" will never not be funny ? In this issue we meet the unicorn Lord Splendid Humility, or we don't really meet him, as he is so full of humility that he never shows himself. But not-so-humble Marigold has the most splendid crush on him. In this mad year this girl and her unicorn best friend have kept me going with their goofy humour ?
I really enjoy these comics ☺️
And I love Phoebe‘s parents haha
Unfortunately book 3 is not on scribd, so I will be moving straight onto book 4. Shame as I would like to see some goblins! 🤣
I love these books. I have to hide them from my kids so I can read them first. 😁
Phoebe continues to be good whimsical fun. Some storylines I liked better than others, and it didn't make me laugh quite as often as the first. But I still really love Phoebe's curiosity, humor, and streak of stubbornness, as well as Marigold's witty superiority. It's a series full of spunk, and I can't wait to keep reading.
4 🌟
I started in on Phoebe and Marigold a little late, as I started with book 5. But it is so lovely to go back and be able to read about their early adventures. This is book 2, and it had smiles and laughter breaking out by all who read it. Plus that are some really good christmas comics.

Loved this, it was exactly the easy fun read I hoped it would be. As witty and quirky and beautifully drawn as the first one.
It sure is.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ This unlikely friendship is just adorable! 👧🏻🦄 More shenanigans and valuable learning experiences ensue. Such a fun palate cleanser.
PS. I passed volume one on to my niece & she loved it. Since we live in different states, the agreement is that I buy each volume, read it, then mail it to her. She gets to keep them all because I love her & she deserves it. Her parents are not readers (gasp) so it‘ll be nice to have this connection.
I enjoy Phoebe and Marigold‘s conversations. I only wish this series existed when I was a kid. Made me chuckle. 😆 #unicorn #LitsyAtoZ #U #EndOfYearReadingCrunch 22/26 @BookishMarginalia
Also known as Christmas in Australia 😂
I want a Roomba so much we added it onto our wedding registry 😂 I really enjoy these cute graphic novels and I can‘t wait to continue with the rest of the series! I think these would be great for children and adults, as there are funny/cute/charming things for many ages in them 😁
Ha 🤣 Does anyone else get to this point EVERY single year? I actually love when it snows because it is so beautiful, but living in Wisconsin, there is always a point where I just need it to be spring!!
Sad, but true! And hilarious as well 🤣
Taking a break from Us Against You to check out the second Phoebe graphic novel 🦄
I finally jumped on the Phoebe and Marigold bandwagon! Saw several of these on the library‘s shelf and my 12 y/o decided she wanted to give them a try. I had never read any of them before but kept seeing posts about them on Litsy. Naturally, I had to sneak a read when my dd was done devouring this one. So glad I did! This was super and great for all ages. 🦄 Will see if I can read the others she checked out before they are due back. 😁
I have decided to donate my Phoebe and Her Unicorn collection to my elementary Library, Clift. While I love these stories, these kids love LOVE THEM ( both boys and girls). Currently we have Books 1 and 3, but in my heart I know they will treasure these. What‘s a personal library‘s use if you cannot share the love? If I ever get the urge to reread these, I can go on SCRIBD. And if ever have a daughter, I would in a heartbeat buy her own copies.📚
Heavenly Nostrils Volume 2: Every bit as hilarious and delightful as the first. Also, I can‘t get over how much I love that this series is called “Heavenly Nostrils” rather than “Phoebe and Her Unicorn.”
Another adorable installment of Phoebe and Marigold 😍🌈 I love their friendship!
These books helped my daughter learn to love reading. Now she‘s the kid who stays up late and reads with a flashlight. (She doesn‘t have to. I‘d totally let her turn her lights on. She just likes flashlights.)

I love this series. It‘s a great comic for anyone - regardless of age or gender. I‘m drawn to it because Phoebe is a snarky, spunky girl and Marigold is a unicorn (duh!). This one has good lessons about frenemies, holidays and adventures. #readwomen #libraryreads

Another awesome entry in the Phoebe and Her Unicorn series! I really enjoyed this upbeat volume! Phoebe and Marigold never disappoint! #comics
I just love these. The opening remarks are always spot on too, and generally include things that I really needed (and to some extent still do) as a kid to hear about strong, independent girls.
The story of Phoebe and her BFF, the unicorn Marigold, continues as we follow them through a second school year. If you loved the first volume, there is no reason to not pick up the second.
Does anyone else remember that song?
The book, Unicorn on a Roll, is a book of Dana Simpson's that I really enjoy. It is about a little girl named Phoebe. In the first book she finds a unicorn, and in this book she spends more time with her. The unicorn's name is Marigold, and she is quite dainty. Phoebe has a sense of humor, and was my favorite character. This book made me laugh so much. Read with joy😃📚📖
I love the Phoebe and her Unicorn series. They are so cute and clever. Finished the second installment last night. Now awaiting the beginning of next month when my Hoopla resets itself, so I can check out the third. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hahaha! I love Phoebe and Marigold.
I finished my school year last week and went back today to finish reorganizing and packing up my classroom for the summer. Although I have a to do list to work on during the next couple of months, I'm completely feeling like Phoebe right now. Wishing wonderful summer breaks to all the other teachers!

Adding some unicorn fun to my reading tonight. 🦄
