Spent some time rearranging my bookshelves over the weekend (recently got a new shelf put up). So there are 3 double cases and a corner case 🥰

I ran out of room for books. My coffee table is just as bad, there‘s at least one bag of books hiding in my closet, and the big bookcase is two deep (with piles on top). So I finally broke down and bought another bookcase today. #blameitonlitsy 😆

Here is the wall underneath the windows in my book room. I know I could probably put a couple three shelf bookcases here in this space, but I just really love the way these particular books look stacked-especially the row of fantasy/sci fi books. Screw you, Kondo! They all bring me joy! 🤣😂💕📚 #antikondo

Got my new bookcase set up in my book room over the weekend! Its very small, and doesn't really hold that many books, but I needed something to fit that tiny space in the corner so it works perfectly! 😁📚👍

I don‘t really know what this is. I found these cute, fuzzy creatures in a glass box at Goodwill and fell in love with them. This is now my favorite decoration on my bookcases! 😍

Haven‘t been around or posting a ton lately not really sure why. I‘m still trying to get through ‘The Blood of Emmett Till‘ I don‘t want to bail because I‘m interested in the topic, but the organization and writing is really frustrating. I want to get it finished and hopefully squeeze in one more physical book before the end of the month.
A bit of a look ahead I‘m going to be doing a #payitforward giveaway. I‘m just figuring out details.

This is what I did yesterday. I put together a new bookcase (the white one) and reorganized my shelves. I can‘t buy anymore books unless I get rid of some, and I removed 10 while doing this to fit them all. 😂

Okay, NOW it's done. I put the old small bookcase beside it, and that will house all my library loans. ❤️ I filled the hidden bottom shelves with my wedding table books. I felt they'd get less dusty that way.

Yay!!! All the books are on there! I'll be reorganizing them soon enough, I just had to get them on there for now. 💞 I am LOVING it.

Lilah Rae is now the proud owner of her first bookshelf. She's already pulled everything out and put it back the way she likes it. #oneofus. EDIT: she also said her first bad word today. They're up and they're full! I love how they came out. It makes me so happy to just sit and look at all then pretty books! (The room is too small to take a good picture. I tried to cobble two together on the right to show the whole set up with three favorite shelves on the left).

Look what my dad built me for Christmas! We were finally able to get it installed yesterday. I can't wait to fill it up!
