pickThe watercolors are lovely! Reading through this made me yearn for these little creatures to be real i such a profound way. I grew up in a culture devoid of forest spirits and fae-like beings. Heck I only recently learned tales of tomte/ tontu/ nisse. I loved stepping into this world, I only wish I could spend more time there.

Yesterday‘s used #bookhaul!!! I bought it almost entirely with credit from selling books, so they were basically free, if you don‘t think about it too hard. 😝
Not my biggest #bookhaul of all time from the library used book sale, but it‘s a book haul nonetheless! I couldn‘t resist Gnomes; my mom had this book and I always loved the illustrations. And I got a cute little book of Edward Gorey cat drawings. The softcover books were 50 cents each or 5 for $2.00, so that cookie cookbook that I didn‘t need was free! Who was I to say no🤗
Was browsing in CVS to waste time before my train came and destiny stopped me in my tracks. Look at this! It's a hardcover, 300 page lined journal. I mean, I'm really not a journal person, but I literally couldn't help myself from buying this. Taking notes at work just got a thousand times better.
