The books on the left were bought used from my #localbookstore with the trade credit acquired from turning in some comic trades.
Those on the right were part of #barnesandnoble 's 3 for 2 sale, which I've rarely had the opportunity to take advantage of.

Closest title I can find on Litsy to the siddur/prayer book that I used for my bar mitzvah. Once upon a time I had a personalized embosser that I used on some books; no idea where it is now. This is my most personalized book in my condo. Probably the most meaningful for "my journey," too. I wish I took more notes inside (my sister did). And apparently only she knew how to transcribe "mitzvah" in the traditional way. Oy gevalt. #FunFridayPhoto

My friend got me a personalized embosser for my birthday a couple of years ago. I LOVE IT. I also have a personalized ink stamped with the same words, so I'm set for life. 👍🏻 #FunFridayPhoto
Nothing like vintage books for interesting bookplates, ephemera and inscriptions! I bought this book for 25 cents at a used book sale back in the early 1970's while I was still in high school. It is a biography of James A. Garfield, published shortly after his death. I love the book plate, but check out the warning if you soil the book!! You forfeit the use of the library for a month!!😱😱 #funfridayphoto
#funfridayphoto I went simple and printed off labels... The font would change on occasion but I liked mostly discreet in a corner, under the flap of a book jacket if it is hardcover. @Liberty
