Great resource to expand your child‘s imagination
“Tuesday night, around 8”
Tuesday is a fantasy scenario about frogs flying through the sky of a nearby town. The book shows pictures of several people being very confused about what is happening in the sky.

Thanks @Kshakal for the tag! 🐶 yes. When I drive to work my commute is about a four hour long round trip. Audiobooks are what keep me going on the freeways of Los Angeles. So much nicer to get lost in a story then to pay attention to the people who are yelling at you!🐶🐶 I love to listen to classical music or music for meditation. Come and join the fun @KatieDid927 , @Babs_book_obsession , @HardcoverHarlot , and @joyofbooks 😃
1. Yes- exercise equipment and a blanket.

1. For non-fiction, I'd say The Guns of August. It's so detailed and informative, a must for history buffs. For fiction, the new Sandman audiobook. Its truly one of the best audiobooks I've ever listened to.
2. Rarely

This Caldecott award winning SF, PB by David Wiesner leaves a lot of room for interpretation with this book being in mostly pictures. It allows for student to utilize their creativity. This would be perfect for a PR & you could even have students write down/makeup their own interpretations. UDL 8.3 is all about community. Esol 2 is all about working in groups. #ucflae3414sp20
David Wiesner is a spectacular talent who provides a rich and inviting world of illustrations for readers of all age. It‘s hard to choose “favourite” books by this author/illustrator because all of his work is amazing. I have never met a child who wasn‘t captivated by Wiesner‘s work. His wordless books are simply without compare. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
1. No. I tend to listen to music.
2. I think I have one in my neighborhood. But I don't use it.

In this F picture book by David Wiesner, there are few words, but readers are sure to know the magic of what is going on. The pictures won this book a caldecott. It reminds students that miracles happen all around them all the time. This book would be successful as a RA. After this student s could follow the standard in this link https://www.cpalms.org/Public/PreviewStandard/Preview/5804 In this standard students would be able to draw the events
This was a picture book without any words. Its illustrations were intriguing and let our minds wondering and connecting the dots of what could be happening page after page. Showed the pictures through different styles like boxes or covering the whole page. The colors also gave an ominous feeling to this book of what could be happening, on a Tuesday night.
“4:38 a.m.” he had little use of “words” but his words were used to show the progression of time.
His use of shades and hues set the mood throughout the book. He presented many shades of blues, greens, and grays.
Tuesday by David Wiesner published in 1991 is a wordless picture book. He captures the night time life through his use of colors.
Let's be clear, both these questions have only one answer: I have a TBR I'll never finish before I die. Keeps me going trying to beat death. Life goals right there.

This Caldecott Honor book is a MF about a group of frogs that let the pictures tell the story. The pictures show them in the water, later on in the night it shows them flying outside in a neighborhood on their Lilly pads, inside a home watching tv, & chasing a dog. By the end of the story, they are back in the water leaving everyone confused about the lily pads they see all over town.

1. Usually I do lighter reading in the summer, but it really depends on my mood.
2. ALWAYS!!!! 😬
@TheSpineView
This book is about some ordinary frogs and how a magical journey takes them through the big city
a text free visual masterpiece. this book contains no words. this book allows student to look at the pictures and make up their own stories that go along with the pictures .
I think that students will find this book funny and really enjoy the pictures.
Tuesday by David Weisner is a Caldecott award winning book. It tells the story of frogs who are able to fly on a Tuesday starting at 8 p.m. it shows all of the things the get into that night.
This book is about all the things that happen on a Tuesday evening. You get taken on a journey with flying frogs and flying animals through different peoples lives using mostly pictures.
This book is another example of literature without words, that turns out to be an incredibly realistic fantasy book. I think students will be more involved when reading this book since they can explain what they think is occurring in the book and maybe what they think will happen next. Also the illustrations are comical and easy to understand.
This book explains a random Tuesday evening when toads/frogs are able to fly. No one really notices the occurrence of the flying frogs, but the frogs seem excited about their new ability. When the people wake up, they are confused as to why there are lily pads in the streets and no appearance of flying frogs.
