May BOTM pick. This month was hard and I almost skipped. Hoping this one is good.
This book. I liked it even better than her first.
I‘m late to post, but these were my January picks! Who else has BOTM?
Outlander fans, sound off! I‘m going to dive into this world soon. Any advice?
I did a thing.
This is such a wonderful book full of magic and wit and memorable characters. I enjoyed every minute of it.
Happy Christmas! Hope my (celebrating) Litsy fam got lots of bookish goodies!
This book is beyond wonderful. It speaks directly to my book loving soul.
I look forward to this every year. Hoping to reach 125 before the month ends. Happy reading, everyone!
This was really fun. I think I‘m really not into super hero stuff but I‘m engaged enough to move on to vol 2. Any Ms Marvel fans out there?
Oh my goodness. This book. It has found a way into my heart and onto my all time favorites list.
It‘s BOTM day!! Woot! I grabbed beasts of extraordinary circumstances and little fires everywhere too! 😍📚🎉
It‘s been a while. Hi, everyone! Work has been nuts but I‘ve been popping in to see what everyone is up to. I also finally joined BOTM! What did everyone choose??

So excited but also so hesitant to start this because I don't want it to end! 😩
Oh hey, look what i did.
I already love this SO MUCH.
Sentence from this book: At one point Dad emerges, shirtless, into the kitchen, to brew himself coffee. I get my nipples from him, I realize, alarmed. 😂😂😂
You guys. This book blew. My. Mind. I love this series so much. It's so worth a read if you haven't already. My only complaint is that it's over.
This was a bit of a slow start for me, but I ended up really loving it. Rebecca Soler is an incredibly talented narrator. And I'm in LOVE with this cover. 😍
1. At my house in Texas.
2. Jane Steele by Lyndsay Faye
3. Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
4. Jillian Jiggs by Phoebe Gilman
5. Harry Potter series
6. Artemis by Andy Weir and All the Crooked Saints by Maggie Steifvater

You guys. This book is absolutely terrible. It had so much promise but the execution was awful. The sex scenes alluded to being kinky without ever actually describing them. Just a lot of, "are you angry with me daddy?" GAG. The concept of a super smart house was so neat but it was like the most insignificant detail of the story. The author puts like 15 smoking guns on the table and then WALKS AWAY FROM THE TABLE. Don't waste your time with this.
Well dang! This book is so wonderful! I will never forget Ginny or this story. I highly recommend!
Everyone should read this book. Full review on the blog.
I'm listening this one on audio but went and grabbed the print version from the library when I heard the cover glows in the dark. 🤓 #booknerdproblems
Oh my heart. This book. THE FEELS. I went in expecting a run of the mill YA love story and was so surprised with what I got. This book is unique and wonderful and thought provoking and beautiful. The audio version is 👍🏻👍🏻. I grabbed this from Overdrive on a whim and I'm so very glad I did.

This book was so great. Review up on the blog, link in bio.
Started this one today and just loving it so far!!
Readers and bibliophiles everywhere should read this book. It's a love letter to the books in our lives, why we read them, and the impact they have. I'd like to meet Mrs. Paul and make her my friend. This one is so great!
There is so much truth in this book.
I've seen a lot of mixed opinions, but this one is a pick for me. I've written a spoiler free review on the blog, link in bio.
Reading this book is like curling up in your most comfortable reading spot, wearing soft snuggly clothes, while drinking hot chocolate by a fire on a cold drizzly day. It is perfection. I've enjoyed everything I've read by Maggie Stiefvater, but this is hands down my favorite.
I am sad to be finished with this final installment of the Daughter of Smoke & Bone series. I fell in love with these characters and the worlds they live in. Can't wait to check out the rest of Laini Taylor's work! If you enjoy audiobooks, I recommend the narrator for this one.
Friday night poolside then Redbox and takeout once the kids go to bed. Happy weekend everyone!
Finally finished this last night and loved it. That ending! I am so pumped to see where this goes next. Who else has read this?
I loved this book so much that I listened to it twice. The narrator is wonderful, the characters are witty and relatable and I really enjoyed the family dynamic that Simon had with his parents and sisters. I'll ship Blue and Jacque forever. 😍
Ok. I started this one on audio and so far I HATE it. As an LGBT YA romance, this is totally in my wheelhouse. I can't tell if I'm just not feeling the narrators or what. Did anyone else feel this way? Does it get better or should I bail?
HALP! Does anyone know of a place to read a detailed synopsis of Sleeping Giants? I've started Waking Gods, but I'm having trouble remembering the details and I really do not want to re read it.
