Clare-Dragonfly Everyone is awful in this chapter! Why on earth didn‘t the nurse try harder to convince her she didn‘t want a mirror? “You don‘t look very pretty” is a huge understatement. Or the nurse could have held the mirror herself. But also, the old nurse who told her seven years‘ bad luck is making things worse if anything. 🙄 9h
