Somehow?? An Ali Hazelwood book was my favorite for the month. No one is more shocked than me, considering my personal vendetta agains her and her #steminist novels that are…just the same book. BUT I‘ll review that later. Four books (technically five if you count The Ritual 🤢). Pretty good start to the year!

I finished 111 books this year, including my last one for the year at 11:58pm. I really embraced the audiobook this year. I find I can take in so much more that way. I also find it much more comfortable to listen to an audiobook while on the bus than reading a physical book or ebook.

November #bookspin #recap — so far. I read The Right Sort of Man (👍🏻), City of Brass, Plaid & Plagiarism, and my #LMPBC book, House of Salt and Sorrows, & DNF‘d The Once and Future Witches. Currently reading Shady Hollow.

Wrapped up May with just nine. All were good but Pepperharrow was the highlight for me. Reading has been slower during isolation. Got about halfway through Alexander II and had to renew that one.

June will be mostly reading for a course I‘m doing doing for work.

July was a enjoyable, but slow reading month.

Also finished this 2nd book in the series last week and I fully enjoyed it! An easy fast pace fantasy about human girl growing up in the faire world and how to outsmart all of them. A wicked tale full of manipulation and war strategy with an unique romance even for someone who is not big on romance novel like me.
5⭐️ read for me & can't wait for next book!
