Throughout this work from home experience, my work station has bounced around the house depending on whether my boyfriend and/or roommate are around (both work in the oil industry and are often in the field). My favorite spot is in front of my bookshelves, and I snuck this shot last week while during a daily zoom meeting!

Recommendations Wanted!!!! Anyone know of a free way to keep track of the books you own?! I downloaded the app BookBuddy, but it'll only let you store 50 books for free! (Basically all my BOTM books). All suggestions welcome! Preferably something online I can quickly look at while at book sales/stores.
Doing some book storage shopping in preparation to move later this summer! It figures that this is even more exciting to me than looking at actual apartments 😘

I love my library, it's my favourite place in the house to be, it gets lots of afternoon sun, I have ducted air & ceiling fan, a desk, tv & lots & lots of shelves covered in lovely books. The only problem I have is I'm running out of room already! I see a library cull coming up in my future.☹️

I am moving along on my home library/reading room. We have fixed any holes in the walls, and today my daughter and I primed the room. It's so bright now! I move slowly, because I can't bring myself to do any work after teaching on weekdays. I am excited to be closer to the final product though.

The other side is all shelves with my tbr, my scented candle collection, jewelry making toolboxes, grandchildrens books, DVDs, and my pictures, teapots & VW figures and other bits & pieces that mean something to me. It's my favourite place in the world, something I've been dreaming about since I was old enough to pick up my first book and fell instantly in love.📚📚📚💚❤️💜💙😍😍😍
This is my home library that my hubby & I built into my sons old room. It's not a big space, but we covered the walls in floor to ceiling shelves with a built in desk on one side, and the only furniture is my recliner & side table. We got the wood & paint at cost & did all the work ourselves. Recliner was $40 on eBay and the rug was $50 on a wholesale website. The mother-in-law did the curtains, cushions & the quilt on my chair. I love it so much!
