It was super windy all night and into the early morning - a large tree at the park was blown over.

Oh, glorious new bookcase!! I'm still figuring out how to organize this. Oh, the possibilities. My TBRs are coming up off the floor!! And I'll actually be able to see what I have to read! 😆 What do you do with your new books?
1: Sadly, I‘m a librarian and there‘s no organization scheme for my books. 😞
2: I can‘t think of one.
3: sometimes — not often.
4: Usually, if I have more than one edition of a book it‘s because someone gave me the newer edition of a book not realizing I already owned the title.

I interviewed THE HEROINE'S BOOKSHELF author Erin Blakemore for #womenshistoryreads & you are going to LOVE her answers. Voice-driven non-fiction! Research challenges! An incredible labor organizer named Clara Lemlich! Greermacallister.com/blog

Blast from the past: Walking library, London, 1930s (VSW Soibelman Syndicate News Agency Archive).
Now how can she walk around with an open bookshelf and not drop any books? That's skill! And in heels? Her feet gonna hurt! 😮
Well 7 outta 12 are are from my shelf...😃
Making progress on unpacking! Have definitely progressed from 'moving isn't hard, we have done this before several times' to 'wow I really really don't want to do this again next year, so this had better stick' with this move. The place is definitely feeling more like home now that my books and plants are getting settled in. Hoping to make it to our new library today to explore and get our cards! 😍
These are the shelves across from my reading chair, but my studio apt is crammed with bookshelves (including the kitchen). Love this photo challenge! I always enjoy seeing other people's libraries.

My Mum's been busy making more #booksleeves ready for 10 days when she will start selling them #booksagogo kindle covers and small and large sleeves, they are so squishy. I'm in love with them.
My husband is making me a new bookshelf!!! :)
The shelves in our living room. No organization whatsoever, and I've been forced to give the other 3 humans in the house one shelf each. Sadly, happily, there are more books in the basement but not enough shelves. #shelfie #riotgrams
Hot mess, but I love it ❤📚📚📚. #shelfie #riotgrams
My awesome husband brought me this gorgeous bookshelf home! I am so excited! Now I can start buying bookish figurines to decorate!
I had a hard time getting a picture of this bookshelf as it is in an awkward location. I have several more but this is one I keep in the main rooms...so it is much neater:)

My Christmas Challenge this year: arrange books by genre? colour? author? size and shape? by country? country where the books were bought? possibilities are endless. My husband just custom-made all these bookshelves for me because those Ikea ones simply don't cut it.
After a long reading rut, I picked this up and read it in less than 24 hours.
No prizes for guessing what's in here. 😁😁😁😁😁😁
