I‘m thoroughly enjoying my reread of these books. It‘s like a cozy warm hug, getting into this world. This one has Alcide showing up 🥰.

These are just fun books and I can‘t even count how many times I‘ve reread them.

I'm slowly making my way through this series. Who knows if I'll actually finish it. So far it's not blowing me away, but it's not bad either.

I kind of had a love-hate relationship with this one, but I still enjoyed it overall 👍

My #bookspin for Feb was a re-read... was nice to have something a little trashy after finishing Pachinko which was quite heavy 😂 I‘m also rewatching True Blood at the moment and it‘s interesting to see where the plot points diverge!

Sookie encounters betrayal and danger in this third installment. Her boyfriend Bill disappears, leaving behind lies and secrets. Sookie must find and rescue him when he gets into trouble, all while sorting out her conflicting emotions.

I‘m not loving this series like I did the first time through, but I‘m not sure why. Maybe I‘m just in a mood right now. First finish of February.

I challenged myself to finish this series this year. Looking back I have no idea why I stopped reading them. They are dark fantasy novels laced with romance - I see a theme emerging in my reading tastes of late.

I actually just did audiobooks for the first time ever in the last couple weeks due to a crazy migraine. I‘m enjoying them, but I still prefer print. #24in48

Good installment

Book three and I love the character of Bubba. Who would have thought of turning the king of rock and roll into a vampire. Love seeing Sookie grow and develop as well.

Sookie just can‘t keep herself out of trouble but that sure makes for some interesting reading!
Not my favorite of the series but still good! Meeting Alcide (😍) saved this story for me. That, and Charlaine Harris‘ sweet, southern euphemisms! Her writing style is what keeps me coming back!

I am TRYING really hard to finish Outlander before year end, but realistically this book might be my last completed read of 2018! 😱

I‘m almost finished with the tagged audiobook. This started out as my favorite book of the series but I‘m finding myself disliking it more and more as it gets towards the end. I guess we‘ll see how it finishes up!
