Just started this in my car. #2 in the Penn Cage series.

Great characters, great thriller, keeps you guessing until the end and lots of sub plots.

Lunchtime read 😁 yay, I have lunch and some reading time!

Another solid thriller from Iles. I think some people would be put off by some of the subject matter but the story was still very strong with many twists and turns. 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I‘m at 36 books for the year and I think that will probably be it for me since I doubt I will get another full read in by tomorrow! Didn‘t quite hit my goal but considering I had baby #2 in March i think this is pretty good!

I am loving this book!!! Another great book by Greg Iles. If you haven‘t read him you are missing out!!!

I‘m a huge Greg Iles fan. I took a detour on my way to Jackson Mississippi today to visit Natchez. One of the sites I went to see was the Turning Angel in the city cemetery. The statute is mentioned in many of his books. And, obviously by what I have tagged, has its own book.Since it was during the day, I didn‘t get a chance to see if it followed me, which I believe, you can only see at night when car lights are on it.

Looking at starting this today. Been craving a Penn Cage novel so here goes! Did anyone else read this? What did u think? No spoilers plz

In this one they are investigating the murder of a girl two weeks before her eighteenth birthday. A great connection with it being the 18th today! #novemberbythenumbers #18 #eighteen

The Greg Iles series is set in the southern landscapes that stretch from Texas to Florida. Great series that reflects the culture.

I nabbed that copy of Turning Angel on the give-a-book, take-a-book bookcase at the marina. Greg Iles is one of my favorite authors. Didn't think I'd be adding a book to my collection on this trip to the 1000 Islands. I supposed I should have known better.
