Somebody tell Clair Douglas describing the weather is not useful to the plot every few pages.

Hating every second of this poorly written novel. Such good ideas but so poorly written wit terrible character development.
Slow paced, Greg Iles is still an amazing writer no matter what.
We will see where this goes, so far it‘s a lot of awkward conversations and descriptions of bad vs good sex lives.... anyone read this? Does it get better?
Has anyone read this one?
Finally wrapped up this book, satisfying ending just soooooo long.
This book never ends, parts of it are incredible and other parts drag on and on.... it‘s too long, I still have 300 pages left
So much talk about the backgrounds of main characters and so little talk about the plane crash... 2.5-3/5 stars ⭐️
Started this today- the background of the characters is a bit long and drawn out but so far it‘s interesting!
I always love Greg Iles, this book was a darker one with a focus on child abuse and repressed memories but well written and a page turner.
Awesome so far! About half way done, there‘s a lot of twists
Greg Iles is an incredible writer, only about 100 pages in but I‘m in love with his writing style. I also like how his penn cage characters make appearances in this book!
Picked this book because the summary sounded like a great mystery. It wasn‘t. So much focus on the decor of the houses and the friendships of the whole community. The only bright side was it was quick.
Forgot to post about finishing this book! It was good, nothing special but a good, quick and suspenseful read!
This book had a great story but I spent most of the time waiting for the book to end. I think there was too much description and focus on the relationship, I just want to hear about the murder investigation!
Thought I would give this one a try- it seems off to a slow start but I‘ve heard good things about it
Ah. May. Zing. So well written, so moving. I loved every page of it
I just started this book and I cannot put it down! It‘s so wonderfully written, a beautiful mix of science and experience.
This book was good 4/5, great ending!
Loving this so far! I see why people love Karin slaughter
Going to give this book a try! I‘ve heard great things about Karin slaughter! Has anyone read this?
Amazing thriller by an amazing author. Greg Iles never disappoints!
Just started this! I love everything Greg Iles writes so I‘m really excited
A very long book, but wonderfully told and with such interesting twists. Amazing ending and a great story.
Still working my way through this monster of a book. It‘s not bad, it drags a bit...
Up next: the crow girl!!! I‘m only 40 pages in but it grabbed me right away! Has anyone else read this? What did you think?
Not my favorite book but a quick read! 3.5/5 a little unrealistic but it was good!
This was good! Quick read that kept me reading. I hear “big little lies” is better? If so, I think that‘s my next read
Just started this book and already half way through. Really quick read! Not completely in love but also can‘t put it down haha
This book was so scary, creepy and exciting to the very end! I loved every page of it!
I can‘t put this book down! Every chapter is full of terrifying suspense!
Just started this today! How is it??? Sometimes I find Hill‘s endings difficult to read. Has anyone ready this, how is it?
Wow. What an amazing novel!!! I have always loved the Penn Cage series. It's all over and this was an incredible series to end with an incredible novel. So great, what an amazing court room scene. 5/5.
Great morning for some outside reading! So excited to get into this book
I have always been a fan of Nick Cutter and he didn't let me down. This terrifying, disgusting book was so well written!!
Sunday is best with some wine and relaxing! 🍷❤️📚
Loving it so far! Definitely need to read this in broad daylight not before bed haha
Amazing. Terrifying. Grabs you and doesn't let you go. I love Nick Cutter.
Amazing! A wonderful educational novel about the history of lobotomies and the terrifying inside story of scientific research and surgery. Great read for science lovers
Just started this and can't put it down! Nonfiction about the life and lies of neurosurgery and the birth of lobotomies. Very interesting and eye opening
I was so sceptical about this book at the beginning but it blew my mind! I was very impressed at the way this was written!
#funfriday consists of Harry Potter and wine!!! Love these movies 🎥 🍷
This book seems like it's not going anywhere! Does it get better?
