I started to write a #LitsyLove letter today, and then thought….I am going to have to say this hard thing over and over and I don‘t want to- so I will just say it here once, mostly for all the lovely pen pals with whom I share the minutiae of daily life. My Aunt San passed on April 19, with my brother Tom & I at her side. She had critical congestive heart failure, which she downplayed for several weeks before it got the best of her. ⬇️

As I close out 2019, I am happy to have just survived. My reading has been off; for the first time ever, I will not make my Goodreads challenge. I thought about cramming in some small books to just make it, but I realized that would be disingenuous. I will focus on next year. As I sit here, I am surrounded by my fur baby family. I feel fortunate that they all want to be in this room just to be close to me. I love them so much ❤️

I may have to cook (but I‘m good at it) but I dont have to do dishes. My brother Danny and nephew Jace are on the second load. We have been listening to some audiobooks for the #mrbook1inamillion but I am nowhere near 24 hours. But I shall get more later tonight and tomorrow when everyone goes home. Josh is getting ready for work and Jaxon is making use of the facilities.
