My OCD won't leave me be till I catch up before posting day 5 😂😂😂 #poetrymatters @TheSpineView @LazyDays
1. Farewell - A Fond Farewell by William Carlos Williams (it's more like my feelings on saying goodbye to winter 😂)
2. Song - First verses of Mother Nature's Son by the Beatles
3. Air - first stanza of Spring Day by Amy Lowell (the rest is on poetryfoundation.org)
4. Moon - Night-time in Spring by Wang An-Shih
Even though it says mostly cloudy, there is hardly a cloud out and the sun is shining. Actually sitting on the patio for once and it feels good 🙌🏻
Drove up the driveway to see my boyfriends mother out on the deck reading a book, enjoying the weather. I was actually pretty jealous 😂
Can‘t wait for spring!!
Spring in Chicago....
We have blossoms!! It‘s in the 70s this week and next might be snowing again 😂😂 I dread the coming summer heat but these spring days are amazing.
I'm successfully growing a plant. Woohoo. I should probably put it outside but it love looking at it. It's supposed to be lilies.
I'm reading my next #postlit book.

I have decided to do some photo challenges in April, starting with #HopIntoSpring by @vkois88 and @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks ! 😊😊
None come to mind.
I don't remember the name but it's a romance novel. Woman travels to England I believe and is transported back in time where she falls in love. So kind of involves travel lol.
We already broke out the grill. So hamburgers!
The book I read for #postlit I can't spoil the title though.

It‘s officially spring today! 🌸🌼🌺 It‘s still a little cold outside but I can‘t wait for the weather to warm up a little bit so I could go out and read while breathing some fresh air. 🌳
Or not?
Who wants to go grocery shopping for me? I‘ll pay you. In books. And liquor. And chocolate. And Pickles will lick your face when you deliver said groceries.
😩😩😩😩
The weather was so lovely today that the little one and I decided to go outside for an hour after work/daycare. While he was riding his tricycle in the backyard, mum squeezed in a few pages of her book. 😍 And a round of applause, please: This pumpkin has gone diaper-free all day without any accidents for the first time today. 😊 (Sorry, that's not really book-related but I'm just so proud. 😉)
