I don't have a picture or my copy of the book because I immediately handed it over to a friend. I don't know why more people aren't RAVING about this book. It was amazing! I am in love 😍😍😍

Just discovered the #ReadingWomenChallenge and all 3 books I've read this year fit a category. Woo!
You guys. I just found out my county is closing libraries to pay for a sports stadium. Clearly the County Commissioner is under the influence of IT. A Wrinkle in Time was SOOOOO GOOD!
This cheered me up so much on my way to and from work every day for a week. But I did feel like it was missing something. Love Jenny Lawson though!
I'm back from Hiatus! Lots of people followed me while I was gone. Hello! This is my least favorite Austen and the only one I hadn't read. It just took so long to get me to care about the characters. And NOTHING HAPPENS in this one. How is it the longest? If this is your favorite Austen, please tell me why, genuinely curious.
This book of short stories was written by my cousin inspired by our family's hometown in Mississippi. It was great for homesickness when I lived abroad. #READATHONSTORIES @Liberty
1. Any book that makes me feel something in my gut gets 5 stars. 2. Didn't cry though. 3. Need to read Watchmen now.
It's been a long time since I've had a full reading lunch! Unfortunately neither my photography nor my lunch looks as nice as when @RealLifeReading does it.
If you liked this book, please comment and tell me why! But seriously, I want to know! I really *wanted* to like it, but I didn't get into it until halfway through and the very last scene just completely ruined it for me.
Won this button in an instagram contest. The book sounds fascinating, but I got March Book 3 from the library so #priorities
I loved this book! I guessed who did it from the beginning, but it was fun reading Cormoran's investigation. Robin and Strike are such loveable characters. Overall great read! Also, my library's copy appears to be a first edition. The blurbs on the back are great!!
I love everything about this book except the part where she has to take off all her clothes for the pharmacist. I can see how it works in the story and the denouement where she comes out of the fairy tale she's been living in and into adulthood, I just hate that it's like "oops she forgot everything the swallow man taught her and now the only way out is to strip." This is the sole reason I'm not making this a "pick"
I can't even fit all of my nightstand pile in one photo... oops. Not Pictured: Ghachar Ghochar by Vivek Shanbhag, Anna and the Swallow Man by Gavriel Savit, and the Hummingbird's Daughter by Luis Alberto Urrea.
When will I learn to not read on my lunch break? 20 pages in and I just want to know more!!!!
Took a bit of a reading hiatus to get house things done, and now I'm sick so a bit of guilty pleasure reading it is!
A book hasn't made me cry in YEARS (not even TFIOS). But book 3 of this series may be the one that does it.
I discovered the Serial Reader app from one of you Littens - so far so good but now I'm reading 3 books at once. Slippery slope!

My reading companion is usually my lunch, since i read mostly on my lunch break. #BRAINFUEL @Liberty
Maybe if I didn't have feelings, like Dexter, I could make it through the next 4 years. This was good, but I'm not sure I'll read the rest of the series.
"Lawson taught us how to protect ourselves, how to disarm our attackers by connecting with their humanity, how to protect each other, how to survive. But the hardest part to learn - to truly understand, deep in your heart- was how to find love for your attacker." Got home and cracked this open. This page reminds me of the families of the Charleston victims who told Dylan Roof, "I forgive you." #diverseathon #goodtrouble #blacklivesmatter
Have 4 unread library books at home. Went in just to pick up a hold. Came out with this. Whoops. 😁😎📚 #bookhaul #sorrynotsorry
I am listening to the audio of this and am loving it! But not sure if I could read 8 books if they are all different versions of this one. Anyone read past book one and can tell me if it is worth it? The last book in the series is "Dexter is Dead" which is intriguing. #audiobooks #crime #mystery
Well hello there staggering statement about race relations in our country that seems to, most unfortunately, still hold true today. #allisnotlost @Liberty this book is so inspiring though!
This morning's announcements pushed my book list over the 600 mark. So far, I've read 60 (plus others not on the list)
Finished Big Little Lies. It was excellent. Great book for escaping life. But what to read next?
"Aragorn never wore sunblock..." #funfridayphoto Holly Black and Lord of the Rings give me comfort. @Liberty
Had a weird day at work. Brain full. Couldn't get out of my thoughts, volunteer work and music (which normally help) just made it worse. Get home and crack open my book. 30 seconds later I feel 100% better.
It's a Jane Austen novel, so I knew how it ended, but I forgot how they got there. Quite a nail biter.

Currently reading this in preparation for the HBO special and the audio of Mansfield Park. #andawaytheygo @Liberty
Carrie's book is not *about* feminism, but it feels like a great feminist hug, that says "it's okay to be who you are, even if that's a little insane". I wasn't expecting this book to mean so much to me.
Through most of the book, I thought, this is a good book but I don't understand the hype. Then I reached the end, and was blown away. I especially appreciate the way books are treated in the text. This was one of my favorite passages.
