1. Pretty well. Not sick anymore.
2. Well except multiple bathroom trips. 🙄
3. I like to listen to slow calm audio book readers or sleep stories on the Calm app such as Matthew McConaughey.

Led me down a lot of rabbit trails and taught me about my father's childhood.
1. I was doing well then volunteered at an event last night and dissociated. Too many people trying to run the class. Left early.
2. Grounding techniques (smell, hear, see, feel), meditations on the Calm app, reading a book somewhere can see trees.
3. Bibliotherapy

Sequel of The Whistler. Creatively creepy storyline.

I talked to a young man reading The Lord of the Flies yesterday at the thrift store. It was a delight talking to someone eager to read it for the first time not knowing what to expect.
😄🐽
Reading this for my f2f bookclub and not loving it. All the characters are miserable and I am too with a horrible cold.
3⭐ Fun as always. A little more danger in this one. And a more Ranger.
1st time I ever bailed on this author. She is one of my favs. The characters seemed stilted and immature.
Ooh tough. I'm a Prepared Sipper Undead Statue.
I am in India with the (now late) Archbishop Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama.
