Currently listening this this book. My ninth book of the year which I think is pretty good 😊. Any one on fable?

This was a collection of short gothic stories and I absolutely adored them! The stories were very descriptive…so much so that I could imagine the images quite well. Definitely will be reading these again around Halloween 🎃
Forgot to post! It‘s been so crazy the last two weeks, but I loved my book swap ❤️🎄. I miss Christmas already.
Swap sent out! ❤️ @MaleficentBookDragon #jolabokaflodswap23
This book had me reeling for real. If you can get past the cringy dialogue and flirting, it‘s a really good book. I only have one question though, WHY DID LIAM HAVE TO DIE? That‘s what I get for him being my favorite. I‘ll give this one a pick but again very cringy dialogue and flirting.
Audiobook available on Spotify if you‘ve got premium 😄
I loved my #nightmareswap box! I love Dracula and Frankenstein so the bookmarks are a hit to my heart ❤️. I am obsessed with diamond painting as well so I will be starting asap! Slewfoot is a book I recently saw at Barnes and nobles so I can‘t wait to read it. @LibrarianRyan @Readergrrl
1. The Magic Treehouse series had to be one of my favorite series to read, the dinosaur one in particular! 2. My favorite memory of my mom is watching Meet Me in St. Louis every Christmas as we decorated the tree 🌲. 3. I was ecstatic last week when I bought Winnie the Pooh books ☺️❤️
I‘m in between pick and so-so on this only due to the beginning. At first it was a slow read then about a quarter or so in I couldn‘t put it down. Every time I thought I figured out which way the story would go it a different way. Beginning kind of bleh but then it‘s just wow for me. I love the main character development as well as the others. Definitely one you should check out. Olivia is fave material all the way ❤️🐈⬛
I have no idea what took me so long to read this book, but I absolutely loved it. The book is a retelling of one of Poe‘s most famous short stories. The author created something that I have never read before. The main antagonist of the story was refreshing and very imaginative. I recommend this book 100%. It‘s not too long either! A good suspenseful and thrilling read for the fall season coming up soon.

Work has been kicking my butt and I needed a little Litsy pick me up ❤️
“Patricia was crying.” #firstlinefridays
I‘m reading several books all at once and just started this one. I‘ve been wanting to read it forever and now I finally am thanks to my coworker 🥰
Halfway up the great stone staircase which rises from the dim and vaulting hall of Auchnasaugh, there is a tall stained-glass window. #Firstlinefridays
Loved this book! Truly had me wondering who the killer could be the entire time. Every time I thought I knew the book threw another twist my way. Definitely recommend it 👍
“Molly Maguire hated the fog.” #firstlinefridays Just starting this one tonight ☺️
Onto the fifth story in this book of scary stories 🎃
I really enjoyed this book. It was different from the books I usually read so I really liked it. I will definitely check out his other novels.
I‘m in between Pick and So-So on this one. The beginning started off really well. The author was very descriptive and you could see the scenes in your mind. The middle slowed quite a bit, but then it picked up again. I really enjoyed the last 60 pages or so of the book. Overall a good read, if you haven‘t read the Scarlett letter then this book might not make sense! 3/5 ⭐️
I chose to enjoy this read via audiobook. Honestly hearing Jennette McCurdy read her own memoir felt much more powerful than physically reading it myself. This is something everyone should read/hear. Hands down one of the best books I‘ve read.
Listening to this book and just shocked. I remember being a kid watching iCarly and wanting to be just like Jeanette McCurdy. Now knowing all the things she went through…just flabbergasted and at a loss for words. Overall so far this memoir is amazing.
It took me FOREVER to finish this one. I enjoyed the beginning very much as it gave a great update on the amazing Optimus Yarnspinner. The middle really slowed down and this is why it took me so long to finish. At one point there were several pages of recapping the first novel which felt unnecessary. But the ending was AMAZING and made it all worth it in the end. I hope for another adventure with Optimus Yarnspinner ❤️.
Looking for bookstores to replace my beloved Sundance Bookstore. Stumbled across this cute shop that is also an artificial bird sanctuary. There‘s a cute coffee shop here but it seems people just sit in the cafe for free Wi-Fi. Very busy shop but a majority of people were in the cafe than actually looking at books 🤔. Either way re-reading Pride and Prejudice for the hundredth time 🥰. I love Mr. Darcy ❤️
Settling in from the move. Finally have some time for more adventures in Zamonia as well as my Litsy book club book, Boyfriend Material ☺️ @StayCurious hope everyone has a good day
This was my blind date with a book! Looks super good and can‘t wait to read it 😄
I love these quirky drawings Moers includes in his books 📚. I will reveal the book I got on my blind date with a book very soon! 😁.
Went to my favorite bookstore again before officially moving. I will miss this place with all my heart ❤️. Also finally participated in their “Go on a blind date with a book” thing they have going on all the time 😊. Can‘t wait to see what it is!
Got these for my niece who said she wants to be able to read like I do 🥹❤️. I saw them and all the childhood nostalgia came back. I absolutely loved this series growing up.
The Jabberwocky at Sundance bookstores ❤️😂. I‘m in the process of moving and have not been able to get reading it. I hate this reading slump 😞
Just found out I‘m allergic to shrimp 🍤 😪 but reading with make me feel better ❤️🩹 reading is a great solace
My goal is to finish the book this week! So many distractions
It has been so busy! I graduated last Saturday! Now I have more time for Optimus Yarnspinner
My fiancé got me this gorgeous copy of Madame Bovary ? and it came with a matching notebook.
My last day of finals and at school here as an undergraduate 🥹 it‘s a bittersweet feeling
Been listening to the audiobook while I‘m studying and forgot how good this book was. I haven‘t read it since elementary school! Always a pick
I haven‘t been on here for a week and haven‘t read anything but this terrible thing for a week 😮💨 it‘s finals week #exhausted
Finished my cap for graduation 👩🎓 🔥 super excited
1. Book tagged 😁
2. Yes but only because of school where I‘m reading books I don‘t tend to enjoy as much 😅
3. April Showers 🌧
#thoughfulthursday
This was my first tag so thank you 😄 @Ddzmini
More rain and some snow mixed in today 🌧 ❄️ but there are dogs in the Knowledge Center today so it‘s still a good day 🐶 my book had an interesting start
It‘s finally here 😁. Time to continue the adventure #zamoniaseries #dreamingbooks
I read this book overnight, it was a short read of 180 pages. It was sad and the ending was no walk in the park, but I loved it nonetheless. It overlapped with Pachinko in some ways. Interesting to see how a Korean women lived her story compared to a Japanese man. Good short read.
Had a sunny warm Easter then April showers came back 🌧 started a new book last night super excited for it ☺️
This book was full of imagination and twists and turns. I absolutely loved it 🥰. I felt like I was a kid falling in love with reading all over again. What an ending! Definitely is one of my favorite books now. Already ordered the next book that connects to this one!
Unfortunately I also have to read my big organic chemistry book for school 😞 but my hamster was enjoying the light reading we did this morning 🥰
We‘ve had the craziest weather lately but I feel like I‘m reading through the seasons lol 😂
The illustrations in this book are too cute. I love the ‘fearsome‘ booklings. Tea and a good book is the best way to spend a day don‘t you think?
Went on a long walk with the family and of course my book came along 📚❤️☀️ my pup got very dirty 🤦🏽♀️ Also thank you all for the welcomes, I feel the love 💕 #naturewalks #familytime #welcometolitsy
My local bookstore is in a historical home 😍❤️ I spend too much time here
